They came out and plow the driveway but did not do the walkway. I complain and they said they would do it differently. They come out again and did an excellent the second. In Jan I had gone with someone else and I was not satisfied with the service. We only had one snowstorm. So I wanted to go back to North Shore but they decline to do service.

Built a frame on the boat deck to support the shrink-wrap material.
Fit shrink-wrap plastic to length of the 25 foot sloop.
Heat shrunk the wrap to the contours of the boat, stem to stern.
Shrink-wrap contained venting slots to allow air movement under the wrap.
Provided tie-down lines to secure the shrink-wrap job.
Job was completed in a timely and efficient space of time, on schedule as contracted.
Provided e-mail notification of job completion, including the invoice.
Fully satisfied with the work and the service.

This is a newer shop in the Rocky River area. I found their shop by searching Google for a place to mount my new tires. I called them and they had the best price out of anyone in the suburbs. They did a great job and took great care to make sure my wheels were mounted and balanced on my BMW. I noticed people coming in and out that all seemed satisfied with their repairs. I was introduced to the owner and mechanic while I waited and they were great to talk to. I would highly recommend this place.
