Found company in Yellow Pages- I was looking for local (Rocky River) plumber. Had a few plumbing issues I wanted fixed on the home I just bought. Owner of company returned call quickly and was quite polite and willing to help. He was flexible in coming over around my work schedule and arrived promptly at the time we agreed. These were not major repairs- but items I felt could lead to more costly issues. I felt he was very honest with me- where as he probably could have told me my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced- instead he told me the faucet was a quality faucet and just needed repaired. He took it apart and replaced some washers for a relatively inexpensive repair. Also, tub and sink drains were slow and he snaked those. Work great now. Then he replaced a valve on toilet because it kept running.

All in all I was very pleased.

We have used this company for more than fifteen years. He has worked on my husband's aunt's house and our house, both of which are older homes and did a really thorough job. I have appreciated his knowledge very much since having to make decisions since my husband passed away.

PIPE SEEMS DO BE FIXED ADEQUATELY. WORK ON TOILET IN 2ND FLOOR BATHROOM WAS PERFORMED POORLY. CONTINUED TO LEAK THREE TIMES AFTER THE PLUMBER CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED IT. FLOODED CEILING TILES ON FLOOR BENEATH CREATING TENANT COMPLAINTS & MUCH DISTRESS.
