LOWES

The gentlemen were suppose to be at my house between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. They did call and tell me they would be a little late which I appreciated. They came around 10:30am and got done around 8:30pm. I thought that was kind of late. Having said that I would highly recommend Lowes for carpet installation.

They have been slow to respond to my claim and pay for new brickwork. The last time I spoke with them was 10 days ago. The manager said that it was with the insurance company and nothing else can be done.

On August 01, 2014 a check was received from Lowes for the damages to the brickwork and steps. I appreciate the steps taken by Lowes to take care of this claim. I was disappointed that a lot of time had gone by since the May incident without a resolution.

We purchased a Char-Broil Tru-infrared grill from Lowe's Rocky River store after searching other big box stores. The sales staff was extremely helpful and well informed on this grill type which was new to us. In addition to great price and service, there was no charge for putting it together or delivery! On the day of delivery they called and informed us of their time of arrival. They were even early!

It was great. They used one company for the countertop, came out, took the old one up and put the new one and everything. I went to Lowes and used the company and it was a very good. I was very satisfied.

I talked with Lee at Miles Road Lowe's. He worked with me a number of
times. First to get an estimate of the number of feet of granite we
would need, then to explain other decisions: backsplash, edging,
installation, sink, etc. When we finally made a decision, he noticed
that the granite I chose was on sale with a different company, so he
checked out their price, made some changes and saved us some money. I
was a bit nervous about paying all up front, but it worked out OK. For
those who were wondering it was about $67 per square feet.

They guys that did the delivery were wonderful. They had to take a door off the hinge to get the washer in. They put it right back together. The guy at the store ordered the wrong cord. They had the correct cord in the truck and gave me that one. They took the incorrect one back and refunded me for it.

Staff working in plumbing was very helpful trying to find a sink that would fit my 35x18" opening in existing countertop. When none could be found, we decided to purchase a standard stainless steel sink and then were directed to see Chuck to inquire about a new countertop. Chuck was very helpful giving us a ballpark estimate even though we had no exact measurements at the time. I came back the next day with measurements and ordered the countertops. About a week later, I decided I needed Lowe's to deliver them as my plans to pick them up fell through. Then also needed to add the installation to the order. Chuck set everything up and countertops were delivered as promised and installers they contracted ( Patriot General Contracting, Vermilion, OH.) arrived an hour and a half early and did a good job installing just as expected. I would deal with this Lowe's store again for big purchases and with Patriot again if needed. I found everyone I dealt with at this Lowe's to be knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. Patriot folks were also courteous and professional.
