Several months ago I was getting a "low washer fluid" light on our VW Jetta but I could see that the washer fluid intake tube was full up to the top & so the system had fluid. A VW dealer quoted over $200 to replace the sensor in the washer bottle & get rid of that annoying light.  Last week it stopped washing entirely so I took it to Leo Luck's.  Sean scheduled me in a day early because the weather was bad and not having a washer was definitely dangerous. He checked availability on the sensor and said that they would look at the system, so I left the car to be worked on. 
Sean called me a short while later with the problem solved-- the sensor was fine and so was the whole system-- a filter was clogged so that the fresh fluid was just piling up in the intake tube and never getting into the tank! So he pulled the filter out and refilled the tank for $3.
 
Problem solved for $3.00 -- lots better than $200!

I was very happy with Leo Lucks. Saw the good reviews here and on other sites so thought I would rather give my money to a smaller business instead of a dealer.  I dropped it off at around 9 am, they called with an estimate around noon and had it done by 3. Sure not as fast as a dealership  - they are busy - but I didn't need to wait. Plus the cost was probably $60-$70 less than the dealership. Shawn was very friendly and they seem like a very professional shop.  Repair seems great too....I'll bring cars there for repairs in the future.

This was my first time to use this repair service, and I couldn't be happier. I spoke with Shawn, who was very patient in explaining best and worst case repair scenarios.  He assured me that he would do only what was necessary and try to keep the cost down. He kept his word. The repair cost even less than his best case estimate. To top it off, the work was completed in less than a day.  I'll definitely be back.

Shaun was very courteous and patient as he explained what he would be doing to repair the car, gave me a time when it would be finished, and called and gave me an estimate after he looked at my car.  The final cost was actually less than the estimate. He mentioned the exhaust system, which I had been hearing, so I will be definitely going back to have that work done as well.  I feel confident that I can trust Leo Luck's to do the work that is necessary and to do a good job.   I am highly satisfied, and very glad that I could read other reviews that pointed me in this direction.

We have brought our cars there for the past ten years. They do good work. They are available and fast. We have been very satisfied with them.

They were timely and if I could rate them in honesty and cleanliness, I would rate them A as well. My only regret is that I haven't used Leo Luck's 20 years earlier.

Easy and quick.  Called and made my appointment for the next day; work was completed by 5:00 PM.  They didn't over-charge or try to sell me any service or repair I didn't need.  Also, I forgot my Angie's List coupon (10% of labor) and they honored it anyway.  Really nice, straightforward, professional guys!!  I'll be back.

Over the years, Ralph, Sean and Dave have made many diagnostics and repairs on multiple cars for my family -- two Jettas, a Saab 9 30, a Honda Fit, a BMW 318i, and a Volvo S40.
