Jake Lohser is the worst real estate agent!! DO NOT USE HIM!
i filled out an online real estate finder page and he quickly contacted me for his services.
He rarely returned my phone calls if i had a question and NEVER RETURNS MESSAGES ON WEEKENDS
The only time he called me at his own free will was to find out if my loan went through and was approved. 
After my loan was approved, he never called me again. NOT EVEN THE DAY OF CLOSING!!!!!!!!
HE SUCKS!! doesn't deserve any of his commission! Will never use Keller Williams, Again!!

My wife and I were searching for a home, we were attending open houses and this realtor really wanted to work with us. He was a nice guy, he always showed up on time for appointments. He was a terrible driver, my wife and I were both uncomfortable with his driving and I have been in cabs all over the world. He was also not up to date on his technology. There two instance where he couldn't get the door open to the house because he didn't know how to operate the newer style lock boxes. We were finally found a house we liked and we wanted to get a contractor in to give us an estimate to expand the master suite before we moved in. The realtor missed the appointment, the seller got mad and accepted another offer. I had to call him after this episode and let him know we no longer needed his services.

We met him at an open house. He followed up with us right away. He really figured out exactly what we were looking for; he hasn’t shown us any properties that aren’t what we are looking for. He’s extremely good at following up. he’s extremely professional.
