The experience was awful from the beginning.  I went to the store 3 times, and waited at least 20 minutes each time for a salesman at the windows and doors desk to acknowledge me.  After asking for a manager I got some attention and requested a quote for replacing 3 doors.  The vendor called and made excuses why they could not show up as scheduled and when they finally showed up and I got the quote back from the vendor it was outrageous.  the labor, not including the door to replace a man door on a detached garage with no finish work was more than $1000.00.  I could do the job myself in less than an hour.  Bottom line the store is understaffed with qualified help, and the vendors they sent were obviously busy and just threw out high bids not caring if they got the job or not.

There was nothing wrong and everything was fine. We had a very good experience with them. We had somebody else do the installation. They were polite and friendly. They explained things and they did a good job. We would definitely use them again.

The experience was very good.  I spoke with a representative at the store, and they hired the installer.  Someone came by to help us pick out the materials, a second person came out to make sure we had a good experience with the sales person and do initial measurements, and a third person came out to verify the measurements.  The installation went well, and the workers were very clean.

They called the day they were suppose to arrive and said they could not come because one worker had been in a car accident over the weekend. When they did the next day, the floor was not level and a corner of the laminate was sticking up in the middle of the floor. They had to come back the next day to fix it. The workman smelled of alcohol. He tried pounding the floor down with a hammer. When that didn't work, he tried filling it by caulking it. The floor still uneven, and they have yet to fix it. My back splash was done incorrectly, also. He started doing it, and asked if it looked right. When I pointed out that the pattern wasn't right, he said it was too late to fix it. He continued the pattern, but I made him correct it when it got to my sink area. The mortar was cracked. It was not a nice, clean application. It has been a struggle to schedule a time for them to come back. They are not communicating, which makes it harder on me.

The experience was fairly smooth and didn't take too long (a couple of weeks from order to install a custom door). The installer was pleasant and professional.

THE COST WAS HALF OF THREE OTHER PLUMBERS TO INSTALL THE WATER HEATER. THE ONE PICKED WAS TOO TALL. THE INSTALLER TOOK IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT A NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE MAIN WE HAD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE INSTALLER ALSO RECOMMENDED SOMEONE FOR THAT WORK. EVERYTHING WENT WELL.
