I used him for quite a while but I actually switched to someone else for more extensive work done. He seemed to sort have had trouble fitting it in. Although I would give him a high grade for the work he did for me. He was always very reasonable. He was very good and very cheap in price. He had trouble fitting in bigger job; he was like a two man operation and it was hard for him to do it.

Jim came over immediately. Took him a little while to figure out the 50 year old system but he did a thorough job.

The winterization went OK, although it took Jim a while (more than 20 minutes) to figure out open up all the stations to pop up the water inside of the system. Next spring, I also hired him to start the lawn irrigation system. He replaced 7-8 of the rotary heads without asking for my permission (All the rotary heads he replaced worked fine in the previous fall). He replaced the rotary heads before he was able to turn on the system to check all the heads. I am wondering how one can determine a head works or not without running the system. Also, later I found out that two of the malfunctioned rotary heads were not replaced by Jim. I went to the hardware store and purchased them at about $13 a piece. I replaced the two rotary heads in about 10 minutes. After he replaced the rotary heads, he was not able to start the controller after spending more than 10 minutes on it. He claimed that the controller is dead and need to be replaced. He said he will install a new unit for me and will cost about $200. Because the controller worked in the previous fall and I had worked on it myself, with disbelief, I rechecked the controller after Jim left. Within 2 minutes, I was able to set up the controller properly and it has been working since.

H2O has the right equipment and knows how to do the job quickly and thoroughly. This is second consecutive year they have done the job. I'm completely satisfied and will use them again.

When I called to followup, they said we had an appointment on a different day. He was very rue and didn't seem knowledgeable. They eventually came out and it was okay once they got here, but I didn't like the initial conversation.

I called explained the problem. Jim came to repair the leak the same day. He arrived on time and repaired the leak. Jim also returned later in the week to do Spring maintenance on irrigation system. He is a person of his word. He arrived as promised on time. His work is excellent. We will continue to use his outstanding service.

DON WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SCHEDULE, HELPED EXPLAIN THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT OPERATED, AND CHARGED US ONLY FOR A SERVICE CALL ALTHOUGH HE MADE A FEW MINOR REPAIRS.
