GIACO'S MOWER SHOP

I took it to Giaco Mower shop, gave me some BS explanation about how i overfilled lawn mower with oil, and it damaged cylinder head and flywheel, it would cost $392.00 to fix. Then asked if they can have my lawn mower to dump. I picked it up with pieces and part covers missing from lawn mower, they of course denied any wrong doing. I then took lawn mower to Sears Repair center next day, they replaced flywheel key for only $2.50 and labor $45.00. These guys tried to Hustle me of lawn mower for parts or tried to resale my lawn mower thinking I would dump it with a very High estimate they gave me.

They replace some parts needed and tuned up the machine

Quick service, especially considering it was "in season." Recommend them all the time.

They did a really good job. They were really good. They really got my lawn mower in shape so to speak. They were very nice. It's a lawn mower shop. I had to drop it there. I didn't have them pick it up. They may provide that but I'm not sure. I would use them in the future.

I brought the lawnmower in. Had called first to make sure they did have the blade in stock. Jason was very very helpful. I was in and out within 15 mibnutes with lawnmower fixed.

I had a really good experience with them. He came and picked it up, and everything was great. They have excellent service, and the price is reasonable as well.

Very good service - they helped unload and load the snowblower and had the work done within 4 days (right after a snowstorm). Price was about what I was expecting.

My mower looks and performs as if brand new. Giaco's picked up a mess and gave me back a wonderful machine. I cannot accurately judge how fair the price is as I did not shop around or have this done before, but to me it was worth every penny. The poeple I dealt with could not have been nicer.

They said it would take about 10 days but it was 3 weeks and then only because I kept calling. He would promise it by Saturday but told me to call first, I would call and it wouldn't be ready. They have horrible hours, open 10 to 5 except Saturdays so if you work business hours you can only go there on Saturdays. When I finally picked it up it seemed expensive (he never gave an estimate), the edger wasn't cleaned up at all, and the worst part was it ran worse than before, it was wobbly and the blade seemed to be lined up wrong.
