If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I hired Airko to fix issues caused by another company that had re-sided my home in 2020 and would not respond to my pleas for assistance in addressing siding that was not attached, siding sagging, etc. Mark Gilbert worked with me, evaluated the entire house, found all the problems from the prior company, and promised to fix everything for me. And they did. They were professional, timely, punctual, and went above and beyond. The gentleman, Mark, who actual did the repairs, was very detail oriented, and did perfect work. I can't say enough good things about Airko and the Marks. I am grateful to them for getting me out of the mess I was left by the installing company.

We didn't end up using Airko for our siding project, but only because we were limited in our financing options (we needed our whole house resided and estimates from every company were quite high. We got around 10 estimates and Airko's fell right in range). Mark was a pleasure to work with and sent us multiple cordial emails to update us on industry pricing changes or other considerations we might have. I had a laundry list of questions and he answered each one thoughtfully and completely. I would recommend Airko based on the service alone. They will be at the top of our list should we ever need help with a less expensive project in the future!

This was a very stressful and expensive problem for us as there was extensive rotting around and under the frames. We got 5 estimates. Airko's estimate was very fair and they followed through on every aspect of the job. We can very confidently recommend them as very experienced, honest and did great work. I didn't list the pricing because it was a large job, and don't have paperwork handy.

Jim Gilbert and his employees are a pleasure to work with, Highly professional and friendly. No other window company could compete with their pricing, with the quality of product  being equal. The estimate was exactly on target as was the date of installation. The installers were meticulous and knowledgeable. I recommend Airko to everyone I speak to.

Everything was good!

They did a very good job. They were very neat and everything went well. I had seen the work they did at my neighbor's and they did not disappoint here either. I consider myself a little picky and they did an absolutely perfect job. It really looks nice.

Jim Gilbert did an excellent job in recommending architectural details to enhance my 1940s brick cape cod. He spent a decent amount of time with us going over the entire project and answered all our questions thoroughly. We went with a premium vinyl shake product for the siding on two dormers. Airko replicated side column boards and boxed out parts of one dormer to create a wraparound trim architectural detail. They also made some modifications to the original dormer construction and gutter placement to eliminate areas that had been prone to water damage. 13 of my original wood windows were neatly wrapped in matching aluminum.
The crew, 2 - 4 per day, spent extra time and care in fitting of all the trim and siding and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving each day. They did a quality job. I had been impressed seeing other older homes in the area that they had worked on and several people recommended them.
Overall, Airko exceeded my expectations. This is one contractor that gained my trust and I would definitely use again.

The work on our house went well. Jim Gilbert was so helpful in not only the design of the roof hood, but also with the the color of our siding and all the design details that would match the style of our house. We choose green vinyl siding with black shutters and white trim. The look of our house was totally transformed! Very happy with Jim and his team. The finished product was outstanding, we have not had any issues with the work that was done or the products that were installed.

Where helpfule with the Estimate.

Mark Gilbert came and measured for 3 new doors. We chose steel insulated doors for front, side and back entrances. About a month later, Airko installed the doors. The installation went smoothly, and the finished products have added style and elegance to our house. We are very pleased overall, with the quality of the doors, the meticulous installation, and the finished look. We highly recommend Airko, and would not hesitate to call them for our home improvement needs in the future.

Mark Gilbert came to the house to talk with us, describe the options, and give us a quote. We stopped in to the Airko office to see our choices, and spoke with Jim Gilbert at length about the right choice for our house. After several other bids came in, we chose Airko for our replacement windows. Mark Gilbert then came back to measure each window prior to ordering. The window order was delivered in about 3 weeks, and the crew from Airko came the following day to begin installation. The installation went smoothly, and the windows are just beautiful. Every window was finished off expertly, both inside and outside, and we are very pleased. People are slowing down when they drive by to admire the windows! We would not hesitate to call Airko in the future, and we highly recommend them.

We like the windows and their work. The windows are in good condition. We like doing business with them and we would do it again. We are very happy with them. We have used them three times. We haven't had any problems at all. I would recommend them.

I recommended them to someone recently. I had no issues with them. They did my whole upstairs in one day the first year and the next year they did my downstairs.

I thought that the price was a little higher. They were fine over the phone.

The second job was a bit more frustrating. The caulking around the trim was a bit sloppy even after the redid it around the front door and the whole process took a little too long. The storm door that we got was not what we were expecting but we decided to keep it anyway (mostly to avoid more hassle). Overall, I would recommend them for windows, but not much else.

Our experience with them was very good and we used them for quite a number of years going back. It has been probably 20 years back and my father recommended them to us and we have always been very happy with them. We definitely recommend them to others. He is a local person and has been in business for many years and usually when you call, you talk to the owner of the company. He will usually come out and do the estimate and if you want something else and if they don’t do that, he will say that he is sorry that they don’t do that. We spent about $1200 on the last job they did.

I phoned with my requests for an estaimte. On the first job, a gentleman came out and went over with us all the work that would be performed, the cost and the timing. The second and third orders were carried out mostly over the phone, and they installed the siding while I was at work. In all instances they did a great job and left the worksite clean. All work was done in a timely manner. I don't hesitate to recommend their work.

Went really well. Mark gave a good estimate, was very knowledgeable about the product/installation process, and answered all my questions. I had estimates from three other companies, but Airko's was the most attractive. Plus they're a local business with a smaller team, so you know the cost isn't inflated to cover a massive payroll. A crew of three led by Russ came out and installed all eight windows in one day. They showed up on time, and they were courteous and professional. I would definitely do business with them again.

They were very professional. They came in and did excellent work, then made sure to clean up after themselves well. They came a little bit late to do the work, but it didn't affect me any. They worked very hard the whole time they were here. They do excellent work. I got a higher class of shake siding, they have excellent materials. I have been very pleased with the work since then.
