Not happy with them at all.I dont think they did a good job cleaning. I would not use them again.

They used to get it beautifully clean and all and with not too much static. It's been increasingly difficult to get the carpet clean like they advertised in commercials. I've been getting their service for years. Usually, they're able to get the carpet cleaned and satisfying. It's been very difficult to get good service recently. I guess by now it's been a year and a half, I had to keep calling them back, over and over again. It's just a little frustrating. It's frustrating because I know they have the ability to clean the carpet, they've been cleaning it for 10 years. The people who are willing to do the work to get it clean are no longer there or something like that. Some of the employees who are no longer there were downright rude and makes for a difficult situation. It was $99; I got a special. The price was reasonable at $99. It was also places that were cheaper, but I need the chemical-free service. They were punctual. I had to go through quite a lot of aggravation to get to somebody who was actually professional and could handle the problem. I kind of have to use them because they are the only chemical-free people that I know of.

It was more than $200, I don't remember how much it cost. They do a good job and because I thought they were more expensive. I called another company and they charged me almost as much and they did not clean the carpet well. Staley Steemer did a good job. I've been using them off and on for some years. They're always on time. I told people don't waste your money with little cheap companies, Stanley Steemer will always do a good job.

It was very easy to get an on-line quote and set up an appointment. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2 and got there around 2:20. They apologized for being late. I walked them thru the areas that needed to be cleaned and re-sealed. They recalculated my cost based on square footage. Not much different then on line quote. They then started cleaning floors, then used a solution to clean grout. Once the tile dried we chose a grout seal color that they manually applied. This took a couple of hours but they they paid attention to detail and made sure all the grout was covered properly. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work they did and can't be any happier with the outcome. The floors look brand new

I like their professionalism. The technicians are very professional. What I didn't like is the price for add-ons like deodorizer and other add-ons to your services.

I spent $100. I think they did a good job. We would use them again and we would recommend others to use them.

They are great. I have used them in different states. They were professional. They were on time. The quality of their work is great, and they get the stains out.

They were reasonably priced, they did credibly good job it wasn't super they didn't , I wanted them to do stain treatment that kind of thing and that did not turn out too well but in their defense it's an old carpet and it's been a numbers of renters in there and God only knows what some of them spilled on the carpets. There is so much you could do with a carpet it's got to be fifteen or twenty years old maybe more than that, it's been cleaned on a regular basis every time renter have changed it gets a good cleaning it's the first time I've used Stanley Steemer, it's hard to get people to do carpet cleaning in a high rise building because normally outfits like Stanley Steemer and even service master that kind of thing they normally have units on their truck, their normally working on single level, low level type thing where they run the water out of the truck and get stuff back into it. So it's an entirely different operation and you don't get the same efficiency in cleaning a carpet when your having to draw all the water out of somebodies bath tub or something like that a number of time their very limited to how much they can do. They did an acceptable job and I had them treat the carpet for fleas and that kind of thing and I had them put stain repellent on it.

They have been okay. No real problems. However, the staff does try to up sell once they are in the home.

Stanley Steemer came out to clean my carpet and did a crappy job.They came at night. They charged $300 and something dollars. I am scheduled to have them come out again next week because I wanted the gentleman, I requested the same gentleman, I want him to see the carpet that he cleaned. They were late coming and they went to the wrong address. When they went to that address, it was still dusk. Well, by the time they came to the right address it was dark. One, and two, the house is empty. None of the rooms upstairs had a light in them. We gave them a droplight but even when we went upstairs to look at it that night of course it looked clean. If you move the carpet fibers it's going to look clean. We walked up the next day and everything was there. None of the stains looked like they were faded. The employees that came out were very mannerly, respectful.

I like their work but the price was more than what they advertised. They didn?t tell me that the stairs was more to clean.

I took a day off from work for a morning appointment. In the afternoon, I got a call that they crew was running late. At 4pm, I got a call that if they weren't there by 5pm, I would get a 10% discount. The 2-man crew arrived at 7pm. They were clearly already exhausted from a long day and now had 5 large rooms, a hallway and stairs to steam clean, plus two HVAC systems. These guys could not have been any nicer. However. I specifically chose this company because 1) they use steam cleaning, and 2) the website claimed they move most furniture without any additional charges. While I did not expect them to move beds or dressers, I did expect them to move floor lamps and night stands, but they did not move ANY furniture. In fact, they didn't even move an ironing board and laundry basket. There was a dead stink bug in plain sight. Also, while I paid for the stain guard on all areas, it is clear that it was not applied at all. They did a good job on the duct cleaning, but I did find a cobweb on one of the registers right after they left. Based on this experience, I would not use Stanley Steemer again.

I have been using them for the past several years, and they have done a fantastic job. I have been using them for about 10 years. They are professional, and they are very reliable. They give you the prices, and there are no hidden prices. They charge you whatever they quote you on the phone, unless you want to do a different thing, then they add that to the amount that they charge. They make the changes right away, there is no problem with that. I will continue using them and I will recommend them to others.

Several years ago, I had used Stanley Steamer and I remember being very pleased. In the last few years, I had tried "A" rated carpet cleaners thinking that they would be better but I was never very happy with the end result and that's why I recently went back to Stanley Steamer...... Did a great job on all areas! I have a shag rug in my master bedroom and workers, while redoing my master bathroom, left a large area of dirt (?) on my white shag rug. I've had several "top" professional carpet cleaners clean the carpeting but none really made a lot of difference. Stanley Steamer was the first and only company that got that entire area looking great.....I was so relieved since I thought that perhaps too much time had elapsed and that stained area would never get really white again.....It did!. In addition, the carpeting on my steps and foyers also looked better than any other rug cleaners I've tried.

It was fine. They did a good job. They came when they were supposed to. The places that they cleaned looked really good. They were upset about the things they didn't think they can get out. Usually, they do a super job.

The did a great job. They were able to remove some stains that we could not remove. We were very pleased with their service.

The service men did not want to move any furniture. Although the scheduler advised me to move all lamps, photos etc. from the top of all furniture before men arrived. Service men only cleaned under the beds and furniture that I moved.

I've had these carpets shampooed by other providers, and they still weren't clean looking and feeling. SS Gaithersburg did an excellent job on of the carpets, and even though I've recently had a lot more traffic in here than usual, the carpets still look good. I did call them back to re-do some of the areas against the wall in the upstairs bedrooms, only because the carpets there are white. They came back cheerfully, and they gave a little more treatment to those problem areas. I'm very satisfied, and will use them regularly for wall-to-wall carpet! Great team, and the manager there was also very helpful!

They do a really great job. My house look fantastic. I'm particularly impressed with the sofa since it was looking pretty bad but after the house had been cleaned I realized it was pretty dirty, too. These guys are great. They do the job right.

I was going to call them in a month or so to have them come back since it has been a couple of years since I had my carpet cleaned. Their pricing was comparable to others.

It went fine. Everything looked good when done. Only negative was the almost constant attempt to up sale their services from the lead technician.
