Not happy with them at all.I dont think they did a good job cleaning. I would not use them again.

They used to get it beautifully clean and all and with not too much static. It's been increasingly difficult to get the carpet clean like they advertised in commercials. I've been getting their service for years. Usually, they're able to get the carpet cleaned and satisfying. It's been very difficult to get good service recently. I guess by now it's been a year and a half, I had to keep calling them back, over and over again. It's just a little frustrating. It's frustrating because I know they have the ability to clean the carpet, they've been cleaning it for 10 years. The people who are willing to do the work to get it clean are no longer there or something like that. Some of the employees who are no longer there were downright rude and makes for a difficult situation. It was $99; I got a special. The price was reasonable at $99. It was also places that were cheaper, but I need the chemical-free service. They were punctual. I had to go through quite a lot of aggravation to get to somebody who was actually professional and could handle the problem. I kind of have to use them because they are the only chemical-free people that I know of.

It was more than $200, I don't remember how much it cost. They do a good job and because I thought they were more expensive. I called another company and they charged me almost as much and they did not clean the carpet well. Staley Steemer did a good job. I've been using them off and on for some years. They're always on time. I told people don't waste your money with little cheap companies, Stanley Steemer will always do a good job.

It was very easy to get an on-line quote and set up an appointment. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2 and got there around 2:20. They apologized for being late. I walked them thru the areas that needed to be cleaned and re-sealed. They recalculated my cost based on square footage. Not much different then on line quote. They then started cleaning floors, then used a solution to clean grout. Once the tile dried we chose a grout seal color that they manually applied. This took a couple of hours but they they paid attention to detail and made sure all the grout was covered properly. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work they did and can't be any happier with the outcome. The floors look brand new

They are great. I have used them in different states. They were professional. They were on time. The quality of their work is great, and they get the stains out.

They did the best that they could do. They were very professional and on time.

They were reasonably priced, they did credibly good job it wasn't super they didn't , I wanted them to do stain treatment that kind of thing and that did not turn out too well but in their defense it's an old carpet and it's been a numbers of renters in there and God only knows what some of them spilled on the carpets. There is so much you could do with a carpet it's got to be fifteen or twenty years old maybe more than that, it's been cleaned on a regular basis every time renter have changed it gets a good cleaning it's the first time I've used Stanley Steemer, it's hard to get people to do carpet cleaning in a high rise building because normally outfits like Stanley Steemer and even service master that kind of thing they normally have units on their truck, their normally working on single level, low level type thing where they run the water out of the truck and get stuff back into it. So it's an entirely different operation and you don't get the same efficiency in cleaning a carpet when your having to draw all the water out of somebodies bath tub or something like that a number of time their very limited to how much they can do. They did an acceptable job and I had them treat the carpet for fleas and that kind of thing and I had them put stain repellent on it.

They have been okay. No real problems. However, the staff does try to up sell once they are in the home.

Stanley Steemer came out to clean my carpet and did a crappy job.They came at night. They charged $300 and something dollars. I am scheduled to have them come out again next week because I wanted the gentleman, I requested the same gentleman, I want him to see the carpet that he cleaned. They were late coming and they went to the wrong address. When they went to that address, it was still dusk. Well, by the time they came to the right address it was dark. One, and two, the house is empty. None of the rooms upstairs had a light in them. We gave them a droplight but even when we went upstairs to look at it that night of course it looked clean. If you move the carpet fibers it's going to look clean. We walked up the next day and everything was there. None of the stains looked like they were faded. The employees that came out were very mannerly, respectful.
