After Craig came out to the house to see the room in which the unit was to be placed, he drew some pictures, sent them via email. We went back and forth until we came up with the design that we wanted. I chose the type of woods and the stains. I took 2 trips to his workshop to make some final decisions. He delivered the piece on the date promised. It looks quite nice. The cabinet is made of Maple and Cherry. Craig was very pleasant and professional. He is certainly a master craftsman and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

The work was done on time and for the exact price quoted. Craig let me come out and ensure the stain was what I wanted since we were looking for a dark espresso stain before completing the work. The quality of the cabinets is wonderful. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend or not hesitate to use him in the future.

Craig was 1 of 3 contractors we contacted regarding this project, but the only one which is a true carpenter/craftsman. Our experience with Craig was positive from the beginning. Craig understands the importance of great customer service. He promptly returned my call for an estimate and was on time for both our estimate meeting and installation. Craig provided me with a firm written quote and a receipt acknowledging payment via e-mail. He also kept me well informed of the status of my special order and potential installation dates. In addition to providing great customer service, Craig takes great pride in his work and provides high quality work product. Our French doors are gorgeous. The other two contractors recommended oak veneer doors, but Craig explained in laymen terms why oak veneer doors would not work and would not look good in our home. Additionally, Craig provided us with a price on solid wood doors that was less expensive than the price we received from one contractor for oak veneer doors. Craig takes great pride in his work. In addition to handling the installation of the doors, Craig also made sure that the French doors aesthetically fit with our current woodwork. He took a piece of the trim from our existing woodwork back to his stop. Then, he stained our new French doors to match the existing woodwork perfectly. Several of our family members have commented on how beautiful the doors look and how nicely they fit in with the existing woodwork. After installation, my husband and I determined that we did not like the standard brass hinges and catches that were used. I contacted Craig and he promptly ordered brushed nickel hardware and scheduled his brother, Chris, to handle the changing of hardware. Craig also provided us with a quote for this work and in the end lowered the cost by $25.00, without my request for him to do so. Chris, just like Craig, is very friendly and professional. I plan on hiring Craig for any of my future custom woodworking needs.

Craig reviewed project, followed up with a bid, and completed the project within the time frame estimated.

I asked Craig to make a radiator cover for the bathroom. It was a very tight space because the bathroom is not large. He came out and measured, then sent me an estimate via e-mail. After I agreed to the estimate, Craig custom made the cover and matched the existing paint. He delivered it within a week of his visit. It's a beautiful piece and fits in nicely with the other radiators in my home.
