+ -1 moreI have had an Aqua Clear water cooler and water delivery for more than fifteen years. After paying monthly rent on the water cooler for eight years to the tune of around $1200, I asked what I would have to do to purchase the cooler rather than continuing to pay rent. I was told by the owner that if I paid rent for two more months that the cooler would be mine. Yesterday, I notified them that I would be moving out of the area and would need to make arrangements to return their reusable bottles to them. I was told by the owner that they would also need to pick up the water cooler, that it was never purchased, but had just been "on loan" (since 2006). Who "loans" equipment for seven years? I could not believe this treatment after having been a customer for fifteen years. Would not use this company again and would not recommend.
Description of Work: Water Cooler Rental / Purchase Water delvery - called every two weeks to see if water delivery was needed; delivered water to front porch (two jug minimum @ $5.50 per jug)

+ -1 moreAqua Clear call every couple of weeks to see if we need water. If we do, they deliver it straight to the house. We leave a check for them. They have great customer service. This price is for 2 5-gallon bottles.
Description of Work: Aqua Clear supplies the bottles of water for our cooler.
