There was very poor workmanship from this company. His price was good, but when you see what you get for it is not. The quality of work was bad and I had to have it redone. We made an out of court settlement and he owes us money and has never paid us. He was supposed to pay us within the last 6 months. The Cuyahoga County Courthouse has his records both civil and criminal and if I had checked that I would not have used them. Other members can not only check what I have to say but the other complaints as well.
Description of Work: We used J & M Salupo Development and he started work in 2004 which went on for over a year. He did an addition to the house.

A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH, QUALITY WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING STAFF. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYDAY AND ALWAYS LEFT A CLEAN SITE. CAME AND CHECKED ON THINGS WHEN IT RAINED AND DID A QUALITY JOB THROUGHOUT. WERE VERY OPEN TO OUR CHANGES IN THE PLAN!!
Description of Work: BUILT AN ADDITION ON TO OUR HOUSE OVER AN EXISTING GARAGE. THE ADDITION INCLUDED A MASTER BEDROOM, MASTER BATH, LAUNDRY ROOM AND CLOSETS.
