He was very professional, neat and cleaned up after himself. He told me upfront what the service would cost. I was very impressed because he assessed the problem, corrected it, and tested the repair in a very quick and timely manner. The gentleman explained to me everything that he did and what preventive maintenance we should do going forward.

Quickly identified the issues. Explained the problem and options. Professionally made the repair and told me what to expect as situation returned to normal.

He came when he said he would come. He was very neat. he told me upfront what everything was going to me.

He was on time, very nice and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed because,he was the only one who could come out when I needed him. The gentleman explained to me everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand.

He did a great job replacing the stem packing of the main water shut-off valve with no flooding or damage and he did it in under an hour.

Evaluated and identified origin of problem then proceeded to fix it.

Appeared to have accomplished the goal of clearing the back-up. We paid the $750. Yet, two days later, it started all over again. We had Mr. Bartu come back and was told that it must be related to the outdoor sewer line. We called the city. They sent sewer department within an hour and checked our line to find nothing wrong. City told us it was from inside the house, and maybe we should consider a different plumber. We hired different plumber that assessed situation quickly, found line from inside house leading to outside had build up which was causing the back up. They told us that when the original "snaking" was done, it was most likely pushed thru the build up just enough to hold for a couple of days, but that it should have been evident that there was an issue with a blockage. New plumber dug up 2 slabs of our sidewalk, opened up line to reveal heavy build up. Removed and replaced portion of line. Because they also did construction work, we asked them to remove our sidewalk entirely so that we could put paved walkway in (which was had been thinking about doing anyway). So they not only repaired the line, but they made an access line for any future issues, and did the extra construction work for us. All in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage any of our lawn or plants. We had asked Mr. Bartu for a refund of at least $550 of the $750 and never heard anything back from him. We are now proceeding with small claims court as we feel this is a very unprofessional way of doing business.

He was willing to provide a system that I requested and didn't try to convince me to use a different more expensive system. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to answer all of our questions.

WORKED ON TOILETS, SINKS, ETC; MEMBER HAS USED THREE TIMES AND IS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK; HE IS NEAT
