They were here when they said they would be here. They finished the job efficiently. The workers were friendly. They cleaned up after the job was done. They were a good company. They said they were going to be here on the 16th and called they couldn't make it. They probably were 20 minutes later than what they said. They called me and that was okay. There was no problem.

Great fast professional work. They worked very well with the yard I had, (lots of trees and difficult grade). Also had a few specific requests and they listened and executed them very well. Great work, would use them again and recommend them.

"These people are scammers, the kitchen turned out great! The paint job was good, the dishwasher hose was connected. The valve needed turned on so they made that to be a huge deal so they would not pay the entire cost of job! These people were terrible from the start and scammed us out of pay for a job that was completed and completed well! When going to the job site and speaking to the homeowner, we were told everything was great, then decided they did not want to pay upon completion! Complete scammers!"

It went very well! They workers had an excellent attitude and I was impressed with the pride they took in their work. I was very satisfied with their work, it is great quality and the I thought the cost was fair. I really appreciated help with the process and the fact that they wanted to go by the book.

Josh came out and provided a good estimate to build the fence. He was very responsive and was able to match an estimate I received from another provider. He listened to my requests and they built the fence just as we discussed. They did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Josh was very knowledgeable. He had the best idea about how to correct the problem of our room/deck showing some sagging. Even during the time he came for the free estimate, he did some caulking to help correct the problem. He was punctual, reliable and his team was very professional. They even staked one of my plants that was sagging, even though they had done nothing to cause it. They worked hard all day and will return next week for a follow-up. They volunteered to remove some old decking, and he allowed my husband to do some of the pre- and post-work to reduce our bill.
We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them!

They promptly started on the day scheduled, even though the weather forecast was not looking that good. I was really surprised on how quickly that were able to remove my old fence and start the framing of the new one. We were very happy with there work

Josh Williams and co-worker completed all the above repairs Saturday evening, Monday evening and all day Tuesday. Their work is beautiful. I could not be happier. The front entry door and storm door removal went quickly. The outside veneer surrounding the doors needed to be modified since they re-installed the storm door properly which required some changes. The changes were done beautifully including caulking and repainting. The house looks like new. The doors have a tight seal and open and close smoothly.
Josh and co-worker are prompt, courteous and highly skilled. I highly recommend Williams Bros Home Improvements.

- The experience was slow to start because the city took awhile to approve the permit to begin. So the delayed start was not the fault of the Williams Bros, and Josh Wiliams called the city repeatedly until finally he got the approval and the apology from the one city approver. (That actually worked to our favor because then the inspector came out timely for all inspections going forward).
- The Williams Bros were very good about getting the appropriate inspection every step of the way. They were also were very fair about asking for the next round of funding after each inspection and not any sooner. The only upfront dollars I provided were based on our contractual agreement to get the project started.
- The work they did was outstanding; they were even working outdoors in the very cold weather but they did not rush the job because it was cold. They ensured that everything was done properly regardless of weather.
- The finished work was completed as promised and definitely to our satisfaction. The Williams Bros and crew are very professional and are very good at what they do! I highly recommend them for any exterior and interior work that you may have!

Stunningly quick. While it was a small bathroom they were remodeling, the timing was still amazing. I have never had a contractor come in and work that fast while maintaining quality. They arrived on time and kept the place clean while they were working, which is important to us because we have a child with respiratory illness. We had heard of Williams Bros a long time before we had our bath remodeled. We had them come out and quote the job over a year ago and then ran into issues and couldn't have it done for a while. So, we had them come back and quote it again and were still impressed. We are thrilled that we chose them to do the work and will have them come back soon to remodel our master bath as well. Happy to see them on Angie's list finally. They deserve it!
Original quote ($1700) was for labor only. We covered the cost of all materials. The amount spent ($1900) included materials we forgot and reimbursed Williams Bros for. They provided receipts for everything. They also picked up all the materials & hauled them to the house. Oh, and Josh met up with me at the store to make sure I was getting the right materials and everything I wanted that would work for that bathroom. Would not have turned out that well without his help.
