I SENT FLOWERS FOR AN ANNIVERSARY, THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, AND SENT A SPECIAL E-MAIL WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT FOLLOWED, AND THE FLOWERS WHERE NOT DELIVERED. WHEN I PHONED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEY DID NOTHING!!! I THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER, AND ORDERED THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY.

EXTREMELY NICE FLORIST. THEY WERE OPEN WHEN I NEEDED THEM. DROVE FROM GAHANNA TO REYNOLDSBURG ON THE SUNDAY AFTER NEW YEARS & THEY WERE OPEN & HAD AN APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENT IN STOCK. BIG KUDOS GO TO THEM FOR BEING OPEN WHEN ALL OTHERS WERE CLOSED.
