 + -1 moreI SENT FLOWERS FOR AN ANNIVERSARY, THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, AND SENT A SPECIAL E-MAIL WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT FOLLOWED, AND THE FLOWERS WHERE NOT DELIVERED. WHEN I PHONED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THEY DID NOTHING!!! I THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER, AND ORDERED THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TO DELIVER A FLORAL ARRANGEMENT.

Description of Work: THEY WEREN'T REALLY SHOWING WHAT WAS WANTED, SO THE SALES LADY GAVE SOME IDEAS ON HOW TO ORDER AND WHAT TO SAY FOR THE MOST LILIES THAT WOULD FIT INTO THE VASE! EVEN SUGGESTED WANTING TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, SINCE THEY WERE GETTING NEW LILY DELIVERIES THEN.
