THEY WERE HERE AS EXPECTED. THEY FOUND THE CORRECT MATERIALS TO MATCH A 75 YEAR OLD RAIL. THEY CUSTOM MADE THEM SO THAT THEY LOOK JUST LIKE THE ORIGINALS. THEY WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE, CLEAN AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WORK WAS NOT DONE AS QUICKLY AS THE COMPANY ORIGINALLY PROMISED, BUT WHEN WE CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY THE WORK HAD NOT BEEN DONE, WE WERE TOLD THAT AN ACCIDENT HAD DISABLED ONE OF THEIR WORKERS AND PUT THEM BEHIND IN THEIR SCHEDULE. WE WERE ORIGINALLY VERBALLY TOLD THAT THE JOB WOULD BE DONE WITHIN TWO WEEKS; THE WORK WAS EVENTUALLY DONE ABOUT SIX WEEKS AFTER WE PAID OUR DEPOSIT. CONSIDERING WHAT WE HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE DISABLED EMPLOYEE, WE WERE PATIENT WITH THE DELAY AND FOUND SIX WEEKS TO BE AN ACCEPTABLE PERIOD TO WAIT FOR THE WORK. WHEN THE WORK WAS FINALLY DONE, IT WAS OF HIGH QUALITY AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THE COST WAS ABOUT $250 + LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE GIVEN TO US BY [ANOTHER COMPANY], SO WE WERE THRILLED WITH THE COST.
