John visited me at my condo & looked at the layout of my newly finished basement and made suggestions on where to locate the home theater. I gave him an idea of what kind of budget I had and what aspects of the home theater were most important to me. Being technically challenged, I required a theater that was easy to use so, John suggested a Harmony remote. John came back with the proposal, we made a few tweaks to it signed a contract, made a down payment to start the project. The pre-wire started within a few days and done in two. Total job was done within a week. The job was clean, neat, quick and looks very professionally done. I am very happy with the way it went and it saved me a lot of hassle just dealing with one person throughout the process. I priced it out compared to some of the big electronic stores and John came in lower and was easy to work and felt very comfortable letting him into my home.
