I hired Joe Bryan and paid half in April. The job was not done until June. He charged an additional $700 to acid wash driveway (which was power washed instead) and filled a crack in the concrete with some kind of silver colored filler. It had to be stained to cover it and the stain was peeling within a week. When he finally came back to look at it in August he said he would be back to refinish and make it right. After numerous no calls and no shows, my son is now fixing our driveway. If you can get him to show up (and that’s a big if), he doesn’t stand behind his work. I would never recommend him to anyone else.

When the work was completed, it looked beautiful, but within a few months it started to discolor as if it was done with orange shellac. The work had a 20-year guarantee on materials and labor. I contacted Mr. Bryan in the summer of 2011 and he came to our home in the fall of 2011 and agreed that the material was deficient - in fact, he ground the finish down in preparation for recoating - stating that he would come back and recoat the front porch, walkaway, and front half of the garage. He never showed up again.
Numerous calls finally resulted in an appointment for July 24, 2012, but again a no show. Numerous telephone calls have not been returned.

HE DID GOOD WORK WHEN HE APPEARED BUT HAS THE POOREST WORK HABITS. PROMISES BUT DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD. FOUND TO BE IRRESPONSIBLE. HE LEFT TWO JOBS INCOMPLETE.
