+ -1 moreYOU CAN ASK THEM TO WORK BY THE HOUR OR BY THE JOB DEPENDING ON WHAT IS MORE EXPENSIVE, YOU COULD GO EITHER WAY. THIS IS A VERY SMALL COMPANY AND IS RAN OUT OF SOMEONES HOME. BUT THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. CD
