Mike, from Resolution, came for a service call for our Lutron Homeworks lighting system.
He worked with Lutron to update our system, worked with Nationwide insurance claims and their
engineer( who I would not recommend). Resolution gave us the most current system with future upgrade able
options. Mike was always reachable and responsive to our needs. We are looking forward to having progammable blinds installed.

We used ResAV to set up our current system. This Christmas our family gift was a Roku player. I had them install it and program it into our remote. Prior to purchasing it, I consulted with Aaron regarding which device would be best for our streaming video needs. Because we are not (yet) married to Apple, we decided Roku would best meet our needs. The set up went great. These guys are so easy to work with. They are professional and the type of people you'd want to hang out with or have over for dinner. They will meet or exceed your expectations.

They were extremely clean. They did very high quality work. They did not put new holes in the drywall. They were very competitive on price.

They did a nice job and I am very well pleased with them. The parts were half of the price so I don’t think it was bad. He was professional and he was precise with everything. He brought a level and made sure everything was in alignment and worked right. He called ahead to say when he would be here and then he would be here.

Excellent. We used Resolution Audio and Video to Install our home theater system. However, our components were getting warm because our cabinet is closed (can't see the components). Our cable box had went bad, so we decided it would be a good idea to ventilate the area more thoroughly. They came within a few days of contacting them and were professional, as always. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are a REALLY nice and sincere group of men. They are passionate about what they do and it shows. We had also been having intermittent difficulty with our radio frequency module/controller, so they diagnosed and fixed that at no additional charge while they were here. I would highly recommend this company.

I e-mailed Resolution Audio & Video and set up an appointment to discuss what I wanted and obtain a quote. Aaron Carmack met with me to discuss the possibilities and his recommendations. He e-mailed me a quote soon thereafter. It took me a while to purchase the TV but, once I was ready, the work was scheduled right away. The crew came to my house and did a great job. Their work was impeccable. They even cleaned while they did the work. The completed job exceeded my satisfaction. The size of TV Aaron recommended is perfect and I could not be happier with the result. This was not a huge job for them, but they approached it like it was. They did not try to persuade me to do more than I wanted or needed. I highly recommend them for audio/video installation of any size.

The entire process when very well from the very first phone call through the follow up for the installation. Aaron came to our home for the estimate and really listened to our wants and needs. We wanted a high quality system but we did not need one that ultra premium with extreme ranges for the speakers or capable of shaking the entire house. We also didn't want a cheap or "pingy" sounding system. The other main goal we had was to have one remote that was easy to control that would operate every single device. We previously had a cabinet custom made to hide all of the componets so it was very important to us that nothing be visible. Aaron's quote was exactly what we asked for and easy to understand. They chose high quality components and speakers without breaking the bank. They also suggested we keep our existing Blu-Ray DVD player. We received quotes from another company. The overall prices were the same but the components were of lower quality and the labor costs were higher. The day of installation was seamless. They arrived on time and initially spent some time consulting with me on the exact placement of the speakers inside and outside. The work area was very clean and neat and everything was done with great thought and consideration. At the end of the day they gave us our "training" with remote. We love our new home theater. Not only does it sound great but it also looks great! The in-wall speakers are almost flush with the wall and have almost no trim making them very aesthetically pleasing. The speaker cover mounts with magnets and they are also paintable to match the wall color. All of our component are hidden and the remote works like magic. It is everything we wanted! Last, they were also very pet friendly. I have a very curious cat that wanted to play in the boxes and watch everything they were doing. I offered to place her in a bedroom but they said she was no problem. They were very nice to her and interacted with her while they were working.

My job was very small compared to many they do but they still gave it their full attention. They job was done very professionally, unlike what the Direct TV installer wanted to do, which was string cable across the basement and drill though the floor.

Mike and Mark came to our home to advise us on what type of system to install, they were very knowledgeable, polite and answered all of our questions. A couple of days after their visit, they provided a quote for the installation of the system, and for some equipment that was needed. Their pricing was very competitive, as we compared prices for the equipment on the internet and with another company that quoted for us. We then set up an installation day for which they were very flexible. They showed up on time and worked very carefully and efficiently. They explained what they were doing, and we are very happy with the results. They picked up all the garbage and took it with them, and helped us store some boxes in our basement, which they recommended we keep for 30 to 60 days. They took plenty of time to explain how the system works. Mark is a professional home inspector as well, and during the installation he found some moisture problems in our house and recommended action.

This install was in an existing home, and involved fishing wires through a finished basement. After previous estimates came in higher, and included cutting in drywall, Mark came over, and offered careful consideration as to just how many holes he needed. He seemed to take it as a challenge to cut as few as possible. this install has to be described as surgical. There are literally no visible scars in my home, with two holes in the ceiling of my basement covered by switch-plates. An additional hole, just as small, was patched without asking by resolution audio, and is ready for paint. They did a great great job.

I met with Mark to get an estimate. He was knowledgeable and took time to talk about the way he would install the equipment. They arrived when they said--they installed the TV's and the stereo--they cleaned up and were willing to answer questions about the systems.

Mark and Mike did an incredible job, and were extremely friendly and courteous all the way. They were very professional, went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly before they left, and cleaned up extremely well. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

Everything seemed to go very well. They gave us an education about electronics, stereos and digitizing vinyl (putting our record collection on our computer) along the way. They also gave us options for what we wanted to do. They're very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Called for an appointment and they were able to fulfill request within one week. Initial estimate was very inclusive and was more than the resulting work actually cost. Staff did excellent work and had through knowledge of television transmission principles. Very interested in customer satisfaction.

They did a job that nobody else would even look at.... and they did it in four hours! The job was priced by another company at $600 just for labor and they were going to run wires under the carpet. 21st century did the whole job -- supplies and labor -- for $660... and they actually ran the wires through the ceiling like I wanted. They were also incredibly prompt. They actually brought the materials when they did the estimate, and did the work right then when I accepted their bid
