Richard arrived on time and was well prepared to begin the work. He gave attention to the details and made certain our railings were installed level, well-secured, and the proper height for us. We’re very pleased with the quality of his work and will be inviting him back for other projects.

The work was done timely and professionally. Richard had to do some outside of the box thinking to make the retro fit of the 2 replacement fans work. This out of the box thinking is exactly what you want in a handyman. The time estimate and the outcome of the project was superb.

The original faucet installer came a few days before I hired Richard and after a few hours left an unfinished and botched up job. I really appreciate Richard’s professionalism. He was patient and efficient under a challenging circumstance. He brought just about everything he needed, including his expertise and problem-solving skills. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing the services of a reliable and fair-priced handyman. I will definitely call him for other jobs when the need arises.

I was pleased with the work he did. He went out of his way to install the disposal even though he was going out of town and was very busy. Very professional work ethic. New Disposal works fine.

Richard came to the house and gave a free estimate and explained what he was going to do. He then came back a couple days later and replaced our water softener exactly the way he said he would. He gave me the receipt for the installation parts he purchased and charged for exactly the parts and the labor we agreed upon. He was very professional.
