I couldn't have asked for better service. Phil came soon after I called. He examined with care all of the parts on my piano and regulated the action to my preference. He fine-tuned the piano as well after I had had another tuner and quot;harmoniously tune itand quot; a week ago which left the piano out of tune. Phil has the necessary technology to accurately tune a piano and tools necessary to adjust almost any problem. I will be having him install a piano humidifier next week which he was able to order for me. I will be working with him for my piano needs in the future.

Phil first came to tune the piano then returned to add a humidifier several months later to help the piano reverse it's drying deterioration. He retuned the piano and educated us about the best ways to add life and care to it

I have had Mr. Walters tune our piano for years. He is an expert and does a marvelous job. His price is very reasonable.

They came and did a great job. He was very professional, very prompt and on time. He was very personable. I've used other tuners and he was the best, and he did a wonderful job on our old piano. I would recommend him to others.

As usual, Phil does an excellent job. He uses top the line technology to get the right results. He is an incredibly courteous gentleman, and very punctual.

Key on piano was not working and the piano needed tuned. Tuned the piano and fixed the key at no additional cost.

He didn't call back until a week after my first call. I found out later that he was out of town. He did a fine job, and the piano sounds fine.

We have an old (1919) upright piano which Phil Walters has been turning on a regular basis for over 15 years. Also, a number of years ago, he rebuilt a large part of the piano's inner workings. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous, and he keeps up with the latest technology. After all this time, it finally occurred to me that I should recommend him on Angie's List.

I HAVE USED HIM TWICE SO FAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM. HE EXPLAINS WHAT HE IS DOING AND WHY, AND USES STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT. WHEN HE'S DONE THE PIANO SOUNDS AND FEELS WONDERFUL. I HAVE HAD TWO OTHER TUNERS WITH THIS SAME PIANO AND HE'S BEEN THE BEST BY FAR.

INSTEAD HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS JUST TRYING TO SELL ME AN ITEM THAT WORKS AS A HUMIDIFIER/DEHUMIDIFIER TO BE PUT INSIDE OF THE PIANO. I DECIDED NOT TO BUY THIS AND HE STILL CHARGED FOR ME A VISIT. I WASNT VERY HAPPY WITH THAT.

I HAVE USED PHIL SINCE 1991. HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT WILL. HE TAKES HIS TIME AND ENSURES THAT THE PIANO IS TUNED CORRECTLY, HAS THE APPROPRIATE PITCH, ETC. I THINK HE'S WONDERFUL.
