PHANTOM SCREENS

We thought they did an excellent job.  They matched the brick mold trim (white) and also our new bronze sill plate.  They did the work efficiently and we love the look of our new door with the phantom screen.  Or new door is full view glass and we didn't want a storm door to obstruct our view.  We would only use the screen portion anyway.  This was a great solution and great finished look.

The first time they came out to install, they were unable to install due to one side of the inside door jamb being wider than the other side. I recently had a new back door installed do I called the original door installer and they came out and corrected the problem. The original installer had run out of the correct size and put in a wider cover piece on one side. Once that was corrected, the phantom screen door was easily installed. They were meticulous and I am very happy with the screen door.

the installation was quick, about an hour and a half for both doors. They work fine and look good.

The old screen was removed and new screens installed. They do all the work in their truck, which allows the screens to be custom-made. Overall, they did a good job. Small complaints - The technician was training a new employee, so the job took twice as long as it normally would have. Also, they were over an hour late due to problems with the previous appointment.

Company was very professional. Their truck is completely outfitted to custom size all pieces to fit the door frame. Wood grain finish is an almost perfect match and screen was installed with perfection to detail. We are very satisfied with the appearance and fit of the screen when it is operational and when it is retracted into the screen housing. The Phantom screened door installed by Central Ohio Retractable Screens is perfect for this door.

JIM ARRIVED, HE WAS VERY PRECISE IN HIS TAKING THE SIZE OF EACH OF THE TWO DOORS GETTING A NEW RETRACTABLE SCREEN DOOR INSTALLED. HE DROVE HIS OWN WORK SHOP TRUCK, AND CUSTOMIZED THE FRAME WORK WITH THE COLOR WE PICKED OUT ONSITE. HE THEN PROVIDED THE SCREEN COLOR WE PICKED OUT ONSITE AS WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH HIS WHOLE OPERATION. WE WILL UTILIZE HIM AGAIN AS FUTURE NEEDS SHOULD ARISE. VERY PLEASED.

I MADE AN APPT. TO INSTALL RETRACTABLE SCREEN DOORS. I GOT MOST OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE BEFORE CALLING. THEY WERE BUSY SO THEY COULD NOT COME FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS. THEY CAME AT THE ARRANGED TIME BUT A CONFIRMATION CALL THE DAY BEFORE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PLEASANT, VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ORIGINALLY WANTED THREE DOORS INSTALLED. HOWEVER, ONLY TWO COULD BE INSTALLED BECAUSE TWO OF THE THREE DOORS WERE GOING TO HAVE TO BE CUSTOM JOBS. I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THERE WAS A PECULIARITY ABOUT MY DOORS THAT REQUIRED A CUSTOM INSTALLATION. THAT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. THEY ONLY HAD THE MATERIALS FOR ONE DOOR. I DIDN'T KNOW ENOUGH TO LET THEM KNOW A SPECIAL INSTALLATION WOULD BE NECESSARY. THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED WITH A MINIMUM OF FUSS. NO MESS REMAINED. THE INSTALLER ALSO CHECKED OUT AN ADDITIONAL ''ODD'' DOOR FOR A POTENTIAL FUTURE DOOR. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE ANYTIME SOON FOR THE REMAINING DOORS.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, REASONABLY PRICED, AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THEIR PRODUCT, A SLIDING SCREEN FOR FRENCH WINDOWS.

EVERYTHING WENT FINE. ALTHOUGH HE CAME LATE, HE CALLED AHEAD & EXPLAINED THAT HE HAD AN INJURY THAT SLOWED HIM DOWN. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY. HE ALSO MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD HOW TO USE IT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED, AND WE ARE ENJOYING THE USE OF THE SCREEN.

A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON WHO OWNS THE SCREEN MOBILE. MR. KULP IS JUST WONDERFUL. HE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. MY NEIGHBORS THINK THE DOOR IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TOO.

THE PHANTOM SCREENS THEY INSTALLED ROLL UP SO YOU DONT HAVE A SCREEN SITTING ALL THE TIME. IT IS QUITE A GOOD INVENTION, I SAW THE PRODUCT AT LOEWS AND THEY GAVE ME THIS COMPANYS DIRECT NUMBER AND THEY DID THE WORK. WHEN MY CATS WERE OPENING THEM THEY CAME TO PUT MAGNETS ON THE SCREENS PROMPTLY AT NO CHARGE.
