"We certainly take these kinds of complaints very seriously and work tirelessly to avoid such complaints. Thank you for the opportunity to explain the situation. We used a pricing model called Xactimate. Xactimate uses pricing that has been agreed upon by the insurance industry along with contractors. The insurance company agreed with our charges and paid [member name removed] in full. We used a psychometric log to provide proof that the property was dried property. Every day we monitor the equipment in order to make sure it is performing correctly. We also plotted all of our moisture content reading to insure that the property was dried correctly.
