Outstanding service for my homeâ s 4-season room addition -- I have been SO impressed. Communication is clear, consistent and timely. Patrick and Erin respond immediately to calls and emails. Work proceeds steadily, and the project is to be completed a month ahead of schedule. Everyone shows up on time and works consistently. Iâ ve never had to worry about when someone would be back or when work would continue. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and I have never seen a cleaner work site! Patrick suggested several changes along the way, all of which have added to the comfort and attractiveness of the addition He also has taken into consideration things neither I nor the architect anticipated, such as the drainage around the house. He has given extra time, thought and attention to correcting those existing drainage issues. Patrick has worked very well with the architect and has been calm and creative in addressing challenges presented by incorporating the architectâ s plan into my existing home. I feel certain many builders would not have taken time to do the extra work required. After hearing so many horror stories from friends, in the news, and even from my architect -- to say nothing of â Holmes on Homesâ -- I was very anxious about undertaking the project. Patrick and Erin were both so encouraging and accommodating! They were always available to take calls and answer emails, usually within the hour, and were supportive and encouraging. Friends and neighbors have all been impressed with the speed and quality of the work. I couldnâ t be happier with my new sunroom. Theyâ ve truly been the â dream team!â

I had them build a 18x24 Addition to my existing Home. Patrick and his Crew are very Personable Nice People. They do quality work, and dont use short cuts. I highly recommend using them for any remodel or addition you need done.

They were great did a very nice job and was on time and budget.

We had him remodel our whole first floor essentially. Everyone who comes in the house is very impressed with the quality and end result. Easy to communicate with. Excellent work.

In addition to a complete roof replacement, Patrick Builders repaired all cracks in the ceiling and repainted them, and restored damaged hardwood floors ~ all to the highest of standards. Also repaired and eliminated moisture leaks in the basement. We found him to be forward thinking on our behalf while negotiating with the insurance company. While working he left workspace neat, he was courteous and we found him to be an experienced helpful problem solver.

After my divorce I hired Pat Daugherty and Patrick Builders to update my "tired" home. They gutted my moldy basement, made it clean, dry and safe, and added a bathroom and bedroom for my teenage sons. Then they built a deck off my master bedroom, installed a door in the bedroom to the deck and built a custom path to my hot tub from the deck. I loved their work so much, I hired them again to help me get my home ready for sale. There was A LOT to be done. As a single mother, I was overwhelmed by the task. Pat was wonderful. He stayed in communication with me every step of the way. He was honest and straight-forward about the things that were crucial for sale and did not try to sell me on things that were not.

Patrick Builders added a second story to our commercial office space which had previously been a loft. Pat was easy to work with and I never had to worry about cost changes during the project. He is an extremely knowledgable skilled craftsman beyond most! He is a licensed General Contractor to boot!

Patrick was great with communication. I felt he really understood what was needed to accomplish the most for my budget. I look forward to working with Patrick in the future on major renovations as the equity in my home increases from the work he is doing.

Patrick came out same day, I called to access the projects and to give estimate. I am selling my home= so there are few things needing attention, he and his worker came on time- were very quick and professional. and it's too bad I'm moving cause I could use his services in the future.

Pat did excellent work. I needed some work done immediately and he got started on my projects right of way. He doesn't have a huge company which allowed for better customer service and communication. He is highly recommended and who I will call from now on for work at my house. He had some good references and is fully licensed and insured.
