Otto's Lock & Safe

He came in and had the rekey job completed in one day. We have one more interior door to complete which needs a keyed lock. They are French doors and requires some minor carpentry to be done first. Once I have that completed we will certainly be calling him back to have the last lock set completed.

I highly recommend this company.  Although the owner was available when I called, I scheduled for the next day.  He arrived on time, performed his service, and charged a very fair fee - less than I had planned for.

I called Otto's Lock & Safe the same day that the service was performed. Bill called before his arrival as I requested, and he showed up about 10 minutes early which was great. He was courteous, professional, and very personable - I told him I could talk to him all day - just a good guy! He got along great with my golden retriever too. Even though my basement is a mess he didn't mind working around the clutter and did exactly what I wanted. The job was well done and he didn't mind me asking a lot of questions about locksmithing and locksmiths. I couldn't be happier!

He arrived right on time, completed all the work in 25 minutes, give advice, and was very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable about locks and safety.

He was very courteous and showed up very quickly. He only charged me $35 at the time, I am unsure of the standard rate, but thought that was a very fair price.

I called Otto's Lock and Safe this past winter to help my daughter get into her house after she locked herself out. Bill responded very quickly and got the job done. This time I needed his help with a broken door lock at my house. He got to my house in about 30 minutes and was done repairing my lock within 10 minutes. Bill was great to work with. He arrived on time, checked out all the locks, and offered some advice on what we can do to fix a few issues and improve our home security. Bill changed out all the locks in a reasonable amount of time, only one key is needed now, and he provided us with the appropriate amount of copies. Pricing was very good, and came in line with what we budgeted. I was very worried about pricing since we have had to do a lot of large unexpected repairs while moving into our new home. I was prepared to skip some locks that improved security, but were not completely essential, but Bill got all the work done.
Bill was also very professional. I was having other work done at the house, and he was very patient waiting until I was done with my conversation before speaking to me and having me inspect the work. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs lock work done.

Bill responded quickly to our call. He had a job to do before ours and he kept in touch regarding his ETA for our job. He was professional, quick and incredibly nice. We will definitely be calling him again when we need lock assistance.

Provider was EXCELLENT.... very nice, helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond by helping me change garage door code too. I called him late in the morning to simply get an estimate and perhaps schedule some work - he was at my house within two hours, and the price was LESS than quoted... would absolutely recommend him/ use him again.

I was in town and only had that day to get the work completed. I called several other locksmiths who were unable to get to me that day, but one of them gave me the name of this company and said he did good work. I called him about 2:30 on Friday and he came at 4:00, when he said he would be there. He changed the locks for us, and waited for my daughter to run to the store to buy a new handle so that he could match them up. He took the time to explain to us why there were some problems with the doors. He was very polite, friendly, and very efficient.

He was very accommodating, he went overboard on his service. The price was right.

I locked myself out of my bathroom and couldn't even figure out how to do that. He came over in less than an hour and charged me twenty bucks. It was a very quick and professional visit. I called him early in the morning and he came right over in about forty five minutes. The price was very fair.
