Description of Work: This Property management company has been helping me step by step to be able to remove the past management company and be able to get them on board. They have given advise as to how to do it and what to do not knowing if we were going to use them or not. They have been very helpful and has come to meetings to give suggestions and advise the community as to what they can and are willing and able to do for my community to increase involvement with the residents. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone what a fair and reasonable to manage their community.
