Mr. Jacobs was very knowledgeable and able to figure out the necessary solutions very quickly. For our pool table light, the fixture had to be removed and wiring had to be repaired. Jacobs also discovered that there were exposed wires in the light that posed a previously unknown fire hazard. We were VERY grateful he found this and replaced it.
