lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreYou're not going to go here for the great customer service experience. They did fix my mower in the time specified, although they did not call when it was ready to pick up. I am satisfied with the service (mine was covered under warranty) and would probably go back if needed.
Description of Work: Mower would not start. J&M resolved the issue and it was covered under my warranty.

 + -1 moreI took a Mantis tiller in for a tuneup. Buckeye Power Supply (where my wife has purchased it) They had the tiller for 30 days and had not started the repair. I picked it up and took it to J & M and they had it ready in 4 days. A good job done right and reasonably priced
Description of Work: I HAVE DEALT WITH J & M FOR OVER 30 YEARS, PURCHASED 3 MOWERS FROM THEM AND HAVE ALL MY REPAIR WORK PERFORMED BY THEM. ALL WORK HAS BEEN DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. ALTHOUGH THEY NO LONGER CARRY NEW MOWERS, THEY USUALLY HAVE A NICE SELECTION OF USED MOWERS.

 + -1 moreTHEY NEVER RETURNED CALLS AND I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD US THE WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE PARTS AND DO THE WORK. IT TOOK THEM 3.5 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO MOW MY GRASS IN THE MEANTIME. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND FOUND HIM TO BE VERY RUDE. HE SEEMED TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HAPPINESS OF HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
