Lawn Tool Repair
You're not going to go here for the great customer service experience. They did fix my mower in the time specified, although they did not call when it was ready to pick up. I am satisfied with the service (mine was covered under warranty) and would probably go back if needed.

Lawn Tool Repair
I took a Mantis tiller in for a tuneup. Buckeye Power Supply (where my wife has purchased it) They had the tiller for 30 days and had not started the repair. I picked it up and took it to J & M and they had it ready in 4 days. A good job done right and reasonably priced

THEY NEVER RETURNED CALLS AND I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD US THE WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO GET THE PARTS AND DO THE WORK. IT TOOK THEM 3.5 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO MOW MY GRASS IN THE MEANTIME. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND FOUND HIM TO BE VERY RUDE. HE SEEMED TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HAPPINESS OF HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
