They preformed very well. They are the best people in the business. A wonderful experience.

Except for some inevitable small hiccups (bad parts, trying to get new drains to seal properly), everything went swimmingly. Bob is a champ: honest, patient, precise, level-headed, funny, and willing to listen. Try to find all of those qualities in a spouse, let alone a contractor. Fantastic guy with a competent team. I know they like to do bigger projects than my two small bathrooms. I'm very happy they took the time to work on my project.

The company was able to fit us into their schedule immediately which we liked. I needed to be at home when they worked - but I did not know what time of day they were coming. One time the worker got sick the night before but didn't inform me he would not be in the next day. Otherwise, they were very helpful.

He did an excellent job, very cooperative, and very nice.

They took a long time from when we got estimate until the time we finished all of the projects. They had adhesive protective covering for the carpets in the basement that ruined the carpet and the deck took forever to complete. Never worked with Haag but always wanted money after jobs were completed. Didn't complete work in a timely fashion.

Wonderful service/help! I contacted Mr. Haag when I discovered a leak and the surrouning damage. Within hours, he came and quickly identified the source of the leak and provided me with a course of action to stop further damage and repair the damage that had already occurred. He arranged for a plumber to stop the leak, provided a recommendation for a water removal service, replaced damaged wall board, and had th new walls painted to look like nothing had happened.

Excellent job. The carpentry work was fabulous and Bob was able to build what we were looking for inside and outside the house. I found Bob to be honest and delivered on any promises he made to me.

Work was done as agreed. I was present for 50% of job, but was out of town when project was completed. I was contacted by phone when job was done, and found the work to be satisfactory upon my return.

For no additional charge they re-grouted the foyer tile, plugged up a hole in our outside wall by our power box, and fixed the dryer exhaust pipe. Their price was about the same as the other bids. When it came to the workers, I was impressed with their punctuality. He subcontracted out some of the work and those workers were not as punctual but HPI didn't have control over their punctuality. I would certainly use them again!

The contractor was very prompt in coming out to assess the job(s), and was reasonably prompt in submitting estimates. Ultimately, I broke the job into three parts; the first of which has been completed, as described. The other two were deferred until later for financial reasons. I thought the provider was innovative and flexible in his planning, and was very cooperative in conforming to my needs. His two assistants who performed most of the work were very competent and considerate. Two long trenches needed to be dug in my back yard to accommodate the drains. The worker who dug these, took the time to remove sections of sod, which he carefully replaced, saving me an additional expense. Within a few weeks, the grass had completely filled in, erasing all signs of the trench. I am very satisfied with the work, which was performed in a reasonable time span (only slightly longer than expected), and at a fair price.

They took a lot longer than they said but it does look very nice. They use all subcontractors. I would rather hire a company that the work was in house.

Bob Haag was very creative in his approach. One contractor had a limited solution. Another said to forget it. But with the damage expanding, we took Bob's advice. He and Jeff did excellent work on this and the siding repair. They were concerned about how the finished project would look. They did a nice job on the finish of the garage door edging and did a cold patch to match the black top on the outside. Jeff always kept us informed on what he was doing. Jeff cleaned up well, and every one was easy to work with on all aspects of the project. Very good experience.

Very polite and accommodating, if I wanted something changed they did it no problem no questions asked. They were their on time and worked until they got the job done. I felt confident having them work in my home when I was not there. I'm having them do more work on a different project soon.

Work shows that they are craftsmen, especially when it comes to the carpentry, framing, painting and staining. Accommodated changes along the way. Both parties agreed on the changes and pricing for work not on the contract, ahead of time. The crew, 2 of which are Bob s sons, came on time each morning, and waited for us to get ready before coming into the house. We have a toddler who likes to take his time with breakfast and with getting dressed, so this courtesy was most appreciated. Easy and prompt communication by email or in person, no problem keeping informed about the progress of the project. Bob or the project manager assigned to us, his son Rob, was always reachable. Will definitely hire again. Not a down side, but know that your project is not the only project on-going. Bob and his crew, have concurrent projects, so expect delays sometimes. This is in fact a good sign -- that he is always busy, and in demand.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided by Bob Haag and his team of friendly, responsible, dedicated workers. They completed the job in a timely manner, were very flexible about working around our schedule, were open to suggestions and changes, and were always willing to go a step further or provide an extra service. They always left our home as clean and orderly as the job at hand would allow. Bob Haag's motto seems to be "We can do anything!" and he lived up to it because whenever we had a need or desire but had no idea how it could be accomplished, he would come up with a doable, workable, cost effective plan to make our dreams a reality. I would highly recommend HPI and will definitely call on them for our future remodeling needs.

The workers and contractor was very pleasant and totally cleaned up after themselves each day, which made living through the improvements possible. I changed my mind on a couple of items and they were most agreeable to adjust accordingly. They repaired a dry wall leak in our garage which was not part of the deal, and they did not charge me and said it was because they did not finish the work on time. The charge was exactly what we had agreed on. They continued to ask if everything was okay and if we liked it or wanted anything changed. The kitchen is more functional, brighter, and updated now. Bob had good ideas about how to do it when we started. They painted and matched the existing colors exactly both indoors and outdoors. I would recommend this company to anyone.

VERY GOOD. BOB HAAG AND HIS CREW ARE GREAT. EASY TO WORK WITH. WORKERS ARE VERY POLITE AND NEAT. ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE THERE AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

WE HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND STUCK TO THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE THEY GAVE US.

BOB WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS. I GOT HIS NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE HELP LIKE BOB IS WELL WORTH THE ANNUAL FEE AND I WAS SELLING MY HOME. THE HOME INSPECTOR PASSED HIS WORK.

BOB GAVE VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATES AND ALWAYS SHOWED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB AND PLAN TO USE HIM FOR OTHER WORK IN THE FUTURE. HPI ARE VERY HONEST AND DO NOT TRY TO OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER.

THEY CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AND ESTIMATE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD START IN 3 WEEKS AND IT TOOK 8 WEEK FOR THEM TO START. THEY SCRATCHED THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE.

THE INSTALLATION AND PAINTING WAS GREAT. I AM NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE TEXTURE OF THE CEILING AS THEY LEFT SOME BLANK SPOTS. EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE.
