I have asked for a refund on this installation and I have yet to recieve it. They did not turn off the water lines before putting in the washer and it ended with my basement being flooded. They should have checked the water valve to make sure that it was turned off before putting in the appliance instead of expecting my 19 year old daughter to have done it. The installers were rude and when they installed the washing machine, the drain hose was not long enough so I offered to go to Sears to get the part. Instead of agreeing to let me do this, they stretched the current hose, bent it and tied it in order to get it to work. They should not have done this because it could potentially break and flood again. I had to reach my hand down into the sub pump in order to help with the flooding and I scratched my newly bought watch and I informed the company about this and I feel as if they blew me off. I have yet to hear anything from them still and it has been over two weeks. I called the manager at the store six times and they ignored my calls for over a week. I am not happy with this service from the company and I still have water issues due to this service provided and I am still waiting on a refund from the installation.

Almost had to file a lawsuit. Frigidaire told HHGregg to replace the fridge and they did that afternoon, but the extended warranty we bought from HH Gregg was not transferred to the new fridge and they refused to service the new fridge. Buyer beware.

THE SERVICE MAN SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, BUT HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY TRYING TO ATTEND TO ME, AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE INSTALLATION WAS A NIGHTMARE. THE OLD DISHWASHER HAD ALREADY BEEN REMOVED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. THE SERVICEMAN HAD A LIMITED FUND OF KNOWLEDGE REGARDING PLUMBING, AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE DISHWASHER CONNECTIONS. THE SYSTEM LEAKED 24 HRS AFTER INSTALL. THE DISHWASHER WAS ALSO NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY WITH THE COUNTER, AND ROLLED RIGHT OUT! REQUEST FOR REPAIR FOR THE PROBLEM REQUIRED SPEAKING WITH 2 SUPERVISORS TO HAVE IT REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

FLOOR SALES KNOWLEDGE WAS GOOD, PROFESSIONALISM OF STAFF POOR. TV I ORDERED WAS SOLD BY MISTAKE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH NO REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE EXCEPT THE FLOOR MODEL. I PURCHASED THE FLOOR MODEL AT A GREATLY REDUCED PRICE AND WITH A ''SERVICE PLAN'' INCLUDED WITHOUT CHARGE. THE FINAL SALESPERSON ACTUALLY MADE THE COMMENT THAT THE MANAGER HAD HOPED I WOULDN'T WANT THE FLOOR MODEL BECAUSE ''HE WANTED IT.'' INSTALLATION WAS FAIRLY COMPETENT, THOUGH THE PROMISED CLEAN-UP WAS NON-EXISTENT. IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE PRICES AND SELECTION, I WOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE.

THEY DELIVERED THE DISHWASHER AND WERE SUPPOSED TO INSTALL IT. THE EXISTING PLUMBING WAS NOT UP TO CODE (PLASTIC RATHER THAN COPPER) AND THEY WOULD NOT DO THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO CALL MY OWN PLUMBER AND HAVE HIM INSTALL IT. I WISHED THEY WOULD'VE BEEN MORE SPECIFIC ON WHAT THEY NEEDED TO INSTALL IT. HAD I KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE HAD MY PLUMBER OUT FIRST. AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED, THEY CAME BACK OUT AND REMOVED MY OLD DISHWASHER PLUS AN OLD NON-WORKING CHEST FREEZER (FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10).

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WENT VERY WELL. THEY WERE ON TIME, CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE WALLS TAKING OUT THE OLD AND INSTALLING THE NEW. THEY EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD, SUPPLIED THE DRYER PLUG PIG TAIL AND AN 8 FOOT VENT PIPE FOR $45.

AFTER SHOPPING I COULDN'T CALL IN AND ORDER IT OVER THE PHONE WITH A CREDIT CARD, BUT HAD TO RETURN TO THE STORE. THE DELIVERY WAS ABOUT FIVE HOURS LATE DUE TO THE COMPANY OVER-SCHEDULING THE MEN. THE LG INSTRUCTIONS THAT I READ AFTERWARDS, CLEARLY STATED THAT THE WASHER HAD TO BE LEVELED. THEY DIDN'T DO THIS NOR DID THEY HAVE A LEVEL THAT I SAW. AFTER APPROX. 45 MINUTES WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT LEVELED. THE SALESMAN WAS GOOD, BUT I WOULD PREFER TO USE ANOTHER PLACE THE NEXT TIME.

IT TOOK FOUR SEPARATE ORDERS TO FINALLY GET AN OVEN THAT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE TRACKED DOG POOP INTO THE HOUSE AND I HAD TO HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED.
