 + 0 moreI called and got their name from Angie's List. They call as soon as they deliver the arrangement. They called and told me that they had delivered it, so that assured me. The gentleman who delivered it called and described the person they had given it to, so I was assured that they had received it. They were right on time. They were very professional and very considerate, considering that I was calling from out of state.
Description of Work: I bought a plant-floral arrangement and a congratulation balloon from Flowerama, and they also did the delivery.

Description of Work: My father had passed away and I wanted to buy an arrangement for the cemetery service that I could pick up and bring myself, to make sure it looked good before it arrived at the cemetery. I went to Flowerama the day before, and spoke to both the cashier and the floral designer who would be putting the arrangement together. We discussed the flowers I wanted included, the colors I did and did not want to be included, and the approx. size of the finished product. They were very professional and thorough, and promised that the arrangement would be completed on time and that I would be able to pick it up the next day, as soon as the store opened (7:30am, which was very helpful that they were open that early, since the ceremony was to take place at 10am in Dayton, and I wanted to be sure not to be late). The store indeed opened exactly at 7:30, and the arrangement exceeded my expectations--It was absolutely lovely. The cost was also very reasonable--just over half the cost of other places I checked out online. I would definitely recommend the Reynoldsburg Flowerama.

 + -1 moreIt went great. The flowers looked wonderful when they arrived (on a Thursday). She took the flowers home for the weekend, but by Sunday they were starting to droop, so I called Flowerama, explained the problem, and they delivered another dozen roses to her office the next day at no charge. The service was prompt (both times), and they called after the flowers were delivered. No problems, no questions asked, just a response that they wanted to make sure that we were happy (which we are!)
Description of Work: I had them deliver a dozen roses to my wife at her office for her birthday.
