I called them in early November with an problem with the flame on my gas fireplace going out. They came out on December 1st and charged me $236.50 to install a part. The same day the problem reoccurred and I contacted them.  I was told that it needed a different part and they did agree to credit that bill.  It was March 10th before they made out again to install the part they  said it needed.  On that day, they replaced a pilot assembly and charged me $310.68. Soon after they left the problem reoccurred again. When I called them again to let them know it was still having the same problem, they told me they would have to order another part. Since I hadn't head back from them in 45 days, I called to see if they had received the part they had ordered.  I was told that they did have the part and it would cost me another $170.70 for them to come out and install it.  When I asked why I should have to pay for the last part since it didn't fix the problem, Paul told me that he couldn't take that part back out.. When I expressed my frustration with how he had handled this entire process, his response was " You called me, I didn't call you" .  I have decided that this is a lesson learned for me and I will call someone else to fix it.  I would not recommend anyone else using this company for any fireplace repair.

We picked them because I used to live near their location and have shopped at their store in past for Christmas items and candles. I like using small local businesses. However it took longer to receive the doors than they claimed. Then two additional visits were required months later. All the work should have been completed in one visit. We were able to use the great room fireplace immediately after installation but the second fireplace was unusable until the other two appointments occurred. It took long and was expensive.  The result is wonderful.

The fireplace doors are beautiful!  I searched all over town and didn't find anyone who carried anything close to the quality of these doors.  Wannita was extremely helpful!  Came out to the house to measure and made really good suggestions on what would look good.  You could tell she really wanted the doors to look gorgeous and knew the product so she could tell what was possible.  She seemed to have a good relationship with the manufacturer and got exactly what I wanted.  She had several other good suggestions such as painting the inside of the firebox black so you don't see the soot stains and the fire looks so much brighter up against it.  The installation was done well, on time and cleaned up afterwards.  I can't think of a single thing I would suggest could be improved.

The family who operates the store were very friendly and polite. They were very low pressure and provided us all the information we needed to make a good decision. They also gave us some free advice on remodeling our family room. During the installation, our kids were running around and the installer was very friendly toward them even though they were a little wound up.

He was very professional and his rates were competitive. He was punctual and easy to work with. I would recommend him to others.

He brought the gas logs and embers to my home and installed them in my fireplace. He arranged them so neatly, and they look just like a real fire! He was very nice, neat with the work, and did a very professional job.

THEY PUT TOO MANY EMBERS IN THE GAS UNIT AND SO WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE BLACK SMOKE BILLOWING OUT OF THE FIREPLACE THEY DIDN'T OFFER TO COME AND CHECK IT, THEY JUST SAID THAT I PROBABLY DIDN'T HAVE THE FLUE OPEN, OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FINE
