FIFTH THIRD BANK - REYNOLDSBURG

Very inattentive and dishonest: Wil Butler is the branch manager. He has a pleasant and polished appearance and attitude, while totally untrustworthy to beholden both personal and business assets. Contacted the branch about a line of credit I had opened years earlier in a Cincinnati branch. The staff member loan officer was unfamiliar in dealing with an account not set up in Columbus, so he brought in the branch manager, Wil Butler. Oddly, Wil Butler asked the same questions and wasn't briefed by his subordinate - minor. Wil Butler asked many questions and said he'll have to get back to me, in 2-3 days. I granted this contact information per his suggestion. 1 week later, I called the branch and ask for Wil Butler. Wil Butler came on the phone and stated how important this issue was and it's a high priority. Still waiting for that call.
