Shaun and his buddy stopped by to look at my property to draw up a plan. They didn't project a professional image (more like two high school buddies looking for an extra buck). I also noticed that they didn't take any measurements of the house for the plan and said they would just get all they needed from the auditor's website (seemed odd since other companies had spent significant time measuring the slant of hills, the distance of trees, etc). Shaun said that he would have the landscaping plan completed by the end of the week. The end of the week came...the end of the week left...no call from Shaun. When I finally called him the following Tuesday, he said the plan was done, but he had been so busy on a project site, he hadn't had time to call. (Um...okay, I now feel uber-important as your potential client...) Although I tried to set up times for him to stop by (or just drop the plan by) to date I have no plan and have not heard anything else from Shaun regarding the plan.
