Dan and his people were professional, courteous, and always very aware and responsive to our wishes. The site was cleaned up daily, something we appreciated very much.

Dan has been following up with us periodically since he finished the project and has responded promptly if we had any concerns.

It went well. Dan has great attention to detail and his designer had really good ideas for the most efficient use of the space. The work was completed as scheduled and there were no surprises or gotchas when we paid the balance at the completion of the job. Everything was written down and agreed upon in the contract and change orders. Very professional!

For the first few months of the project we had a bad project manager.  We didn't have a schedule and we would go days without having someone at our house.  In general the project was supposed to be 6-8 and it ended up almost taking fourteen weeks.  The project manager didn't have things organized so that we would move through phases quickly.  It ended up costing us a lot more because we had to eat out constantly and it is was extremely frustrating for the months when he was engaged.  Once I let the owner (Ray) know of my frustration in September the whole tone of the project changed and I received a schedule for the first time ever and also got regular updates on progress.  I was also able to see people there almost every day and multiple folks there at times, it moved much more quickly.  I wish we had gotten him engaged sooner as it really helped ease my concerns and move the project along.  The design team of Jenny and Mary wre fabulous.  They helped me put together a wonderful design with great finishing touches.  Overall I love how the kitchen turned out, it is spectacular.  The challenge is that what we went through in the first few months was very frustrating and h****** us as a couple and I would have liked to have seen Ray get involved sooner and help bring the project in closer to the original estimate.

I called and left a message. Dan returned my call the next day and met me at my house to evaluate the leak. He sent me a bid via email that next day. I was on crutches at the time and his crews were all busy, but he felt sorry for me (i suppose), so he came and did the work himself over the weekend so I didn't have to travel too many stairs to use another shower. Dan worked all day on Saturday, he was here at 9:00 sharp. Then he came back to seal everything on Monday. Perfect, couldn't have asked for a nicer man or a better job.

The project went well overall.  I would have liked a little more for the cost but having not done that much renovation before it could be a good price and I don't realize it.

I would recommend DiYanni remodeling to anyone looking have a professional job done.  We couldn't have been happier with what took place in our home.  Every person who had something to do with the job was professional and courteous!  They transformed a half finished basement to a family room that we are now able to enjoy, at price we were able to afford.

The DiYanni family is wonderful.   They are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.   Mary is a true pleasure and went out of her way to help us find products that weren't represented in her showroom.   She helped make the decisions easier and stayed within our budget.    The crew was under some pressure due to our schedule as we had family visiting and wanted the job done in time for that.   They were attentive to the schedule and every worker that came into our home introduced himself politely.   The work was clean and efficient.    We only had a couple of concerns.  One was that they didn't do the electric work, so we had to hire out for that.  We also hired out for the closet remodel and saved some money there.  Also, the bathroom paint is flat paint, so it doesn't wipe up.  It should have been something more amenable to bathroom use.    Overall we are very happy with our lovely bathroom, and found them most pleasant.   We certainly could have done the job for less if we did the footwork ourselves and hired workers ourselves, but with many more headaches I'm sure.

It is a pleasant family company. They were sensitive to our deadlines. The foreman, Dan, was delightful and attentive. All of the laborers were skilled and very polite. Mary was very helpful in choosing details and decor. She went the extra mile for us. We are thrilled with our new bathroom.

Very cooperative in every aspect, even when we wanted to change something at the last minute. Made suggestions to improve the look and quality of the construction.
