Exterior Painting
THIS WAS A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. MANY PROMISES WERE MADE BY THE OWNER AND HIS PARTNER FOLLOWING A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER PAINTING CONTRACTOR. SUFFICE IT TO SAY THIS WAS EVEN WORSE. OUR HOUSE IS NOW IN A WORSE POSITION THAN WHEN CUSTOM DRYWALL & PAINT BEGAN THE PROJECT AND LEFT WITHOUT RETURNING OUR DEPOSIT AND REFUSE TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. DESPITE A RENEWED CONTRACT, MAKING THE COMPANY FINANCIALLY OBLIGATED TO RETURN OUR DEPOSIT IF THEY FAILED TO PERFORM WE HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN REACHING AN AGREEMENT AS THEY REFUSE TO RETURN CALLS AND HAVE ESCALATED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND IF NECESSARY WILL NEED TO ESCALATE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. THEIR PRICE IS RATED AS FAIR ABOVE AS THEY HAD A FAVORABLE QUOTE, HOWEVER ANYONE CHOOSING TO DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IS RISKING NOT ONLY THEIR MONEY BUT THEIR PROPERTY TOO. OUR NEW CONTRACTOR IS HAVING TO TRY TO REMEDY THE ABISMAL JOB CUSTOM DRYWALL & PAINT DID. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
