THE FIRST 2 PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED. THE 3RD TIME THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON DRY WALLING THE BASEMENT.

HELLO, I AM VERY DISMAYED THAT YOU POSTED ONE RESPONSE AND DID NOT EVEN CALL US THE COMPANY INVOLVED TO GET OUR SIDE OF THE STORY. WE HAVE BEEN PAINTING IN THE CENTRAL OHIO MARKET FOR 20 YEARS AND HAVE PAINTED APPROX. 1500 NEW HOMES FOR REPUTABLE BUILDERS SUCH AS DUFFY, R&H, VIRGINIA HOMES, DARBY HOMES, ROCKFORD HOMES, CENTEX HOMES, JOSHUA HOMES, DOMINION HOMES, MI HOMES, DIYANNI HOMES AND HAVE AN OUTSTANDING REPUTATION WITH ALL OF THESE BUILDERS. WE DO NEW RESIDENTIAL WORK AND VERY OCCASIONALLY EXISTING HOMES IF AND WHEN WE ARE SLOW. WHEN THIS HOMEOWNER CALLED WE WERE EXCEPTIONALLY BUSY AND I APOLOGIZED TO HIM THAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED AT THAT TIME IN BIDDING HIS PROJECT. WE ARE NOT REQUIRED BY LAW TO BID ANYONES JOB THAT WE CHOOSE NOT TO BID. THIS GENTLEMAN GOT VERY IRATE AND ACCUSED US OF DISCRIMINATION AND ALL SORTS OF THINGS WHICH CONVINCED US THAT WE DID NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIS JOB. THE FACTS AS YOU HAVE THEM ON A PUBLIC WEBSITE HINGES ON LIBEL AND SLANDER AND I WOULD THINK YOU ALL WOULD BE MUCH MORE CAREFUL THAN TO ACCUSE SOMEONE OF SOMETHING AND GIVE THEM A GRADE OF F WHEN YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OUR COMPANY OR EVEN BOTHER TO CALL TO GET OUR SIDE OF THE STORY.
