They were recommended by a coworker. I went to their location, and we picked up the carpet. The lady in the office was extremely helpful, and I believe we got a good deal. We removed the old carpet and padding ourselves, and have prepped the subfloor (taken out old staples, attached it to the joists with screws). When they came, the installation was lightning quick. It was all done within 45 minutes. Clark & Kent know what they are doing. They are true professionals. I can't come up with a single nitpick. It was perfect.

C&K Carpet Warehouse replaced carpet in two rooms at my home on February 24, 2010. The price and the quality of the carpet were right on target. They removed the old carpet and made sure everything was in clean and good order before leaving my residence. This is not the first time C&K provided a carpet service at my home, and I would have no reservations in using their services in the future. C&K took the time to explain in a very thorough manner how the job was to be done. Their knowledge of the job and professionalism is exemplary. During the entire process, they displayed a professional attitude and were very courteous at all times. The motivation and conscientiousness displayed by them clearly exhibited their high degree of expertise and dedication toward their duties and responsibilities. In addition to the great job they did, they also made some additional carpet repairs beyond the scope of the original agreement; this was greatly appreciated. The performance of the C&K clearly demonstrates that they only employ high quality individuals.

They were recommended by my realtor for inexpensive carpeting. I am selling my house and just needed a couple of stairways carpeted. They did a good job and the stairs look great now. However, you should know that they put new carpet on top of old. It didn't matter for us because we're selling.
