I had Basement Doctor come out to consult on our basement which occasionally had some minor flooding. I wanted them to install additional sump pump next to the garage where water would come up through the floor. They indicated that wasn't the problem and I should install a backup sump pump in with the existing sump pump. They also indicated that I needed to install popups in the drain tile lines next to the creek adjacent to my property. Neither action had any impact on the problem. I completely wasted $1325 of my money listening to these fools. I eventually had someone else install the sump pump that originally desired. I also later had the front drain tile pipes replaced by a truly professional organization and they indicated that the popups were a total waste of time.
