TS BUILDING CONCEPTS

Came in with a good quality sales pitch and after that it has been excuse after excuse. Non-responsive and poor quality.  Woodwork was finished like sandpaper.  We had to pay someone else to finish the (free) excavating he threw in to get the job.  Buried trees and garbage on property.  We even found a storm door from one of his other jobs buried.  Basement flooded multiple times because he refused to hire larger equipment to excavate due to the rain. Multiple issues with him not writing down agreements and then telling us we did not talk about things. We are in our 1 year home warranty.  He was supposed to fix popped nails and fix squeaky floors.  He came by to fix popped nails or screws and did not even match the color.  Just left grey spots on ceilings.  Now he is not returning my husband's calls to fix the squeaky floors.  Difficult to work with.  One of the sub-contractors even warned us to watch for cut corners.
I would not recommend this builder.

He was wonderful to work with. He is extremely personable and helpful.

He does great work. He prices were very reasonable and fair. He gives a very accurate estimate up front. He is a very likable and honest man who was easy to work with. He gets a thorough understanding of the customers needs and expectations before starting and does his utmost to meet those expectations. He really listens to the customer, and is able to make good suggestions. He was very cooperative from start to finish and was able to deliver in a timely fashion. He doesn't start a job and then leave you or juggle various jobs at the same time. He has a network of reliable sub contractors as well.
