At this time of the year, they only do it on an Saturday morning. They were friendly, when I made the appointment. The lady who made the appointment was agreeable. I didn't have to go to the bad place in Achramen. Its a small operation, its not a big professional type place. A more mom and pop type place. I don't know. I haven't done it before, so I don't know what you could do to make it better. More accessible hours maybe. I was hoping to take it on the day I worked. By the time I got there, they had closed. I had to take it on my day off. I was in and out within ten minutes. I pulled up, and she said, there was two guys sitting there, and the lady are inside. She told me to pull in, and gave me instructions. They were finishing one in front of me, and so another guy came over, and started work. That was good, and had me to walk away, to an far corner. They explained what they were going to do. I could have seat out front, an old garage type. An old service garage. They said I could sit down inside. I sat in an chair, and got my book. Before I knew it, she came and said, they were bringing my car around, and it was $50. I was inside in the garage, it was big enough where I wasn't around the spraying. Its around the office, if you call it an office, there wasn't any windows or doors. I have no idea, nothing to compare it to. Every time I call there, they would answered the phone. We talked about when to take it in. In the winter time and the snow, they are open more, Saturday and Sunday's. Right now it was just Saturday mornings. We book the appointments, and when we are done, we are closed. That is why they weren't opened at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I didn't have to wait. I pulled up like I said, I asked these guys, because I didn't know what I was doing. They were waiting for their truck. The lady came out, and told me to pull into the garage. They got the mats to not get the floor dirty. The guy came over, and walked with her to the side door where the seating was. She explained the undercoating and that it would drip afterwords. Its a mom and pop thing. Just because its a mom and pop, doesn't mean they aren't dressed in an uniform. I plan on going back. She said it would be a good idea to come back before the fall before the snow falls and the salt.
