He is a piano tuner and if there is anything that needs repairing he will tell you what is wrong and will tell you how much it will cost. Hes very reliable he calls me to check on my piano. I am a piano teacher and hes been very reliable and he knows his stuff I have been using his service for at least 20 years.

Everything went just wonderful. I feel like he's such a good friend at this point, and very special to me. He's very caring about me and my family members. Very much a people person. I would definitely recommend him.

Edward James of James Piano Service in Ravenna, Ohio has tuned and repaired pianos for my family for nearly 50 years. He is currently taking excellent care with my 45 plus year old Baldwin Acrosonic spinet, which had been tuned many times by others while I lived elsewhere before moving back to Ravenna, and it sounds better than ever since he has started tuning it. He has unstuck keys and gotten the hammers and pedals to move more freely. He gives deliberate attention to protecting the strings and soundboard, and the tuning lasts. I am so glad that I can entrust my piano to Ed.

Mr. James was prompt and positive! He explained the tuning process, completed the work, and left me with a piano that sounds beautiful.
