I went to the store to see Christina and explained that we were doing extensive remodeling and needed new carpet for four rooms. I also explained that we had a rambunctious dog who liked to run through the rooms and we wanted something that could stand up to his routine, plus our home was "lived in" and the carpet would see a lot of activity.  She made some recommendations, gave me some samples to take home to consider, came out a few days later to measure, and the order was placed. 
As the work progressed, we decided to have our remodeler install wood flooring in one of the rooms.  I called Christina and found that our carpet had been delivered. After discussing options with her, we decided to have the carpet intended for the one room  made into a large area rug, with a couple of smaller remnants to be used elsewhere in the house.  She made arrangements to have this done, and she did not charge us for it.  She didn't whine, or complain or place blame -- she just made suggestions and we dealt with something that could have been a major issue for us. It turned out well and we were happy.
When we knew the remodelers would be done, we arranged to have the carpet installed. Tom and his assistant called that day to tell us they were on the way. They did a beautiful job and the carpet is like walking on a cloud. They had to remove the closet doors and one French door which they did without complaint. They worked a long day without a break. And when the carpet was in they moved all the heavy furniture back in place. They also put down the large bound rug for us, and replaced the furniture. These were great guys and hard workers.
