I had a small rodent issue in my house and was very upset. I called Carol's ChemDry and spoke to Steve, he gave me quote, told me about his green cleaning products (which was a huge plus for me) and said he could deodorize. He got there on time and was extremely professional. He got to work right away and when he was done I was amazed, my 10 year old carpet looked amazing, you couldn't even tell I had an issue anymore. I am very impressed and will use his services again.

Carol's Chem-Dry came out and cleaned our carpets and also some sofas and dining room chairs. The gentleman that came out was extremely professional and courteous. Their work was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Also, their spot remover, which I was given a sample of, works better than any other I've ever tried.

I utilized the services of this company over 20 years ago. They performed miracles on carpet I believed would have to be thrown away so I've remembered them all these years. Over time I have tried renting machines and cleaning carpets myself with less than optimal results. I will NEVER again rent or purchase a machine. I don't know why I didn't always call this company. Whatever they clean comes out looking almost new and stays looking that way! Steve is extremely nice and professional and his work is impeccable. I read a comment left about him by another reviewer stating that she had been threatened by Steve, from this company. I find that to be beyond imaginable. We've all dealt with business people who are phony in their manner of expressing customer appreciation and service but there isn't one phony bone in Steve's body. His honest, kind demeanor and dedication to doing a job well exudes from his person. (I am NOT his mother.) A note to the dissatisfied customer: Cleaning an older carpet will improve its looks but will not make the carpet new again. Wear happens.

They did a horrible job; I didn’t spend anything. I had to get somebody else to do it. It was like it was never done. He was very aggressive, very bullying and yelled at me a couple of times; even called the police, and they said that if I needed them as a witness they would go. He was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them. It was like they never came. I had people come in my house because I was moving. I moved and that's what I had done. I knew I was getting my carpet cleaned, and they would come in and ask me if I didn’t get my carpet cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend letting him in anybody's house. I never paid him. With regard to responsiveness, he called me back right away and responded right away. I would never use him again in the future.

They were professional.They go the extra mile for there customers.They got rid of the stains and smells.There not expensive and they came on time.

I am very happy with them. I spent around $100 on the last time I used them. The stuff does not get wet and I don’t have to wait to several hours for them to dry and that is what I like about them. It is reasonable. They come when I call them and if I am not happy and a spot appears again, they come out and take care of it. The stuff dries in 1 to 2 hours and not 1 to 2 days. I like that.
