"I have never received anything but compliments on my tile work. A review of ALL my other reviews from customers I did work for is indicative of my work and quality. I did everything I could to satisfy this customer. Given all that he did was complain about every contractor who ever did any work on his home I should have have sensed they would be problematic customers with unreasonable expectations."

I asked four contractors, three from Angie's list to give me a quote. Three showed up as scheduled. The non listed contractor was a no show. Two promised quotes but were not very responsive emailing quotes three weeks later with no explanation. Rod was prompt with his quote and offered a good price.
