It went well. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and what he did.  he said it would probably take 1 day to do and that is all it took.

Rod is prompt and attentive to our needs and desiree's.  Lots of compliments on the work

The tile on the floor was so even, it cause my wife to injure her foot. Some of the tiles were an inch apart, he installed two 12x24 inch tiles in the shower,  upon closer inspection I have noticed two of the tiles have large cracks in them. I complained about this and he came in and put a sealer on them. I complained further and he came back to put more grout over the top of the floor, which didn't correct the problem and took out the two cracked tiles and replaced those. He used paint that didn't match the other wall and had to come out to fix that. He installed a hot water heater in the floor of the basement and one of the parts had malfunctioned and he came out and fixed that. He also installed a whole house filtering system as well.

We totally re-did my wife's office starting from a bare room.  Rob Combs, the owner and operator of Heritage, designed the counter tops, cabinets, lighting outlets etc and built and installed it by himself and a helper.  The unit went from floor to ceiling in an "L" shape along the narrowest wall in the room and halfway down the longest side.  Approximately 12' by 12' in dimension. We had obtained designs and estimates from all of the national major home improvement retailers who offer such services and Rob came in at about 2/3's of their prices, provided more then we expected and customer built the cabinets and counter top to our specifications.  He was so friendly, professional, prompt, and he worked and he worked smartly - as quick as he could without sacrificing quality.  We highly recommend him and his company Heritage Construction, Co.

Rod was very prompt, did outstanding quality work, and was true to his word as far as estimates. I thought the price was fair for the outstanding work he did.

Rod told me what to do until he could make it there. He came on a Saturday, spent several hours working through the problem thereby minimizing any collateral damage. All for $100.

Rod was prompt with all appointments and called when he was running late or had to reschedule. He offered ideas and suggestions but was not pushy.
I asked four contractors, three from Angie's list to give me a quote. Three showed up as scheduled. The non listed contractor was a no show. Two promised quotes but were not very responsive emailing quotes three weeks later with no explanation. Rod was prompt with his quote and offered a good price.

The work performed improved the value of my Condo. He worked hard to find the best price for the items that he installed. I was happy with the timeliness and quality of the work done. I would ask Rod to do any further remodeling on my Condo and recommend him to others.
