Fox Surveying Company

Fox Surveying Company surveyed the property with an inaccurate survey as the marking flags did not match (by at least a foot) an existing surveying pin found placed there by another surveying company for the neighbor(Fox Survey placed a marker flag directly behind the existing survey pin and it is obvious that flag is not in line with the other Fox marker flags). I immediately called Fox Surveying and told him of the discrepancy and Fox Surveying then told us to disregard their (Fox Surveying) marker flags and place the fence using the other surveyors? pin as the guideline, and that I was just trying to get out of paying him. I let him know I wanted to pay for an accurate, legally binding survey and plat and asked how could he draw up an accurate plat when the measurements are inaccurate! Thus, my need for an honest, accurate surveying company as Fox Surveying Company is NOT - AND THE SURVEY THEY CONDUCTED IS NOT ACCURATE!
