I have used Curry and Johnson since I bought my house 5 years ago. I would trust them to keep a key to my house. They service my primary home and both of the rental units on the same lot I live on. They are always able to provide service when i need it, and they even have come out to do additional work for free before. An example would be when they raised the height of the exhaust pipe for my furnace in my rental house. he just notice it was too short and took care of it for me. They know me by name and address when I call (which tells you I use them quite often). Over all, the best HVAC company I've ever used.
