A-1 Roofing

Very good to work with, showed up when promised, completed on time, crew was very polite. I was pleasantly surprised when needed add ons (replace sheeting that was damaged from a leak around the chimney) was very reasonably priced, other contractors have way over charged me under similar circumstances.

Excellent company. Very professional and cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend this A1-Roofing if you are looking to repair or replace roof.

A-1 did an excellent job on the roof itself. Their workers left a lot of trash in the yard (about half a garbage bag worth) which we had to clean up. They were going to sub the gutter replacement to A&A Continuous Gutters, but A&A did two no-shows to work with no phone calls, so we had to make other arrangements for the gutters. A-1 again did excellent on the roof itself, and we are very pleased with that portion of the work. They were very punctual and finished their portion of the job ahead of schedule. Their subcontractor was not dependable

Job is finishing up. Was very pleased with the work done. Have nothing but high praise for the workers along with Paul and Beth. They did exactly as promised and were very easy to work with.

I first spoke with Paul in January  for a quote, knowing that it would be spring before the work would get started.  I requested a solar powered vent, which they had not installed before and Paul wanted to ensure I knew this was a good product, and went as far as to research and test the item himself. 
In April I received a call from Paul that they could start the work the middle of the month.  As I was going to be out of town, we agreed upon the first week on May. 
The team arrived on the specified date and did a great job.  I selected three dimensional shingles for the house roof, and a metal roof for the attached porch.  They had the original roof off by the end of the first day, and the shingles installed by the end of the second.
They let me know of a discovery where a vent stack pipe had rusted into pieces early on the first day which allowed me to get a plumber in to fix the issue and not delay their work.
I requested a change on the porch roof, removing the current decking and replacing with slats.  This added an extremely small amount of money ($200) which I understood and approved in advance.
Everything has been great, the yard area cleaned up nicely and no issues or surprises.  Extremely pleased with the job done and I would highly recommend them.  They were negotiable on the price and kept in great contact throughout.

They were late in getting started with the project. Poor job in cleaning up
afterwards. Our hidden guttering is now leaking through the eave of the
front porch and water pools on top. We were provided a 5 year warranty
on workmanship, yet they refuse to return my calls. I have called 20-30
times and left numerous voicemails on both their phone numbers- both of
which still have active voicemail messages. I can only assume that they
are still in business but have no interest in serving their customers.

It went great.  I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future. 

This is a stand up company and the owner is a good guy! I'd reccomend them to friends and enemies as well!

A-1 came even when they said they couldn't they are GREAT!!
